I paid to have a year membership now I’m locked out an it’s trying to make me pay again I’ve used it for a few months now I can’t access without paying again

Some bugs

I’ll keep it short. It appears the app does not retain your previous entered info when downloading to multiple devices. Next, while trying to get past the “Your Personalize Plan” page it get the follow error message…. Uh Oh, we had trouble connecting. Try again or check your internet connection”. You have to close the app then wait to reopen before your can get past. So far, the course if ok but I’m expecting it to be beneficial.

Great but not. 6/10

All in all, I love every dollar. I love this system. But the app needs to a little bit of a fixer upper. It won’t let me update my debt free goal. Even when I change it, it automatically goes back to whatever number it was before. It takes forever to update. Always crashes. If I wanted to write down all my bills and basically do it that way instead I would. But since its so easy to do on the app, I’d rather do it that way. It’s a pain that I’m paying $79.99 for it when most of the time it’s crashing and not updating my goals.

I want to like it

I really want to like this app but it’s hard to leave an accurate to review when it crashes me to the Home Screen when I try to add a debt. I’ve tried closing it.m, resetting my phone, and deleting/reinstalling the app. Nothing works. Kind of a bummer.

Not working

App doesn’t work…can’t get to any login screen and the page is just white after restarting.

App shuts down

I paid for this app and have yet to be able to use it as it shuts down every time I try to add a debt as part of Baby Step 2. Don’t waste your money! Rip off!

Bug issue

I’m excited to start my journey to pay off debt. However there’s a bug that involves the app crashing when I click the button “add debts” I have yet to begin the process on the app because of this.

White screen

Please fix this!! I’ve seen several reviews where the app just goes to a blank white screen. I’m having the same issue. We paid good money for this! You can do better! I have uninstalled and reinstalled as well as turned my phone off and back on with no change! I did see every dollar has been updated. I sincerely hope you are working to update FPU app!! Definitely considering cancelling over this issue.

Frustrating

Am signed up for Financial Peace University but the app wont work on my phone or ipad. Very frustrating. Also all tabs to click on pop up just white with no text…. And it clearly makes it seem like you should be getting information when you select a tab. :-/
