Great service - quick response
I love not needing to carry around all my business cards and being more environmentally friendly! I ordered their magsafe popl for my cell phone and it did not work, but before I could even reach out to the company - they reached out to me! They offered me options for replacing the product and were quick to ship me a new one. Thanks Kath!

Feature was taken away or add separate feature
This app is great! I use it for both of my businesses. I have to use to separate accounts unfortunately but that’s fine, the feature to switch between accounts was taken away however. Please add it back OR Since we can now have multiple cards on one account and each card has its own card link, if we could customize the card links to make them unique. Still a great app and the customer service response has always been fantastic and prompt. Thank you!

Popl Customer Service is Awesome! Very Prompt Service. I sent them an email because I had an issue with not receiving my product. I wasn’t expecting a reply until later today or tomorrow. Not Only did they respond right away. After verification of my information, they sent out another shipment right away! I am not used to Good Customer Service Like This… Keep Up the Excellent Customer Service! And the Product Ain’t Bad Either!
