Ladder is a game changer!! At 53 years old I have tried dang near every fitness app available and in the process have wasted a huge amount of time and money! I started working on losing weight about a year ago and have seen more physically noticeable signs of progress in the past 4-6 weeks than I saw in an entire year before. It has become quite obvious that this is because I was shooting from the hip on my workouts. Although I’m very familiar with gym equipment, not having a plan was killing my progress. App itself is VERY easy to use and very user friendly. Integrates with my Apple Watch and I can start the workout and leave it in my pocket for most of the duration. If I want I can add weights or do that after my workout. Like I started with - LADDER IS A GAME CHANGER!!!!

before this app i was on bodybuilding.con app called Bodyspace it’s a great app but this one here is better, i’ve seen results in 3 weeks it’s an all around workout plus you can pick your team i’m team crews! you won’t be disappointed give it a chance and give it your all
This is a fantastic app for working out at home with minimal equipment. My program uses dumbbells, resistance bands, and a bench. I love this app because it gives me the guidance I need to stay on track without having to plan my own workouts. I also love that it uses combo moves to make it an efficient 30-35 minute workout! Don’t hesitate if at home dumbbell workouts are what you’re looking for!
Really love this app and especially the ELEVATE team with Elise! Her format is perfect for setting goals and staying accountable and motivated! She drops new workouts every Sunday night so every day is new, challenging and fun!!
This has been a massive help to my fitness progress
The app itself is great, love how the coach shows you moves, explains everything and they even integrated your music lowering while she speaks. Biggest flaw for me is no major gym equipment is used. I found Coach Kelly on TikTok and after seeing her workouts and results I wanted to join her team. Her Ladder workouts don’t reflect what she does on TikTok because they want to be inclusive of people who don’t go to the gym. I believe that should be solved by having certain coaches do home gym equipment only and others doing gym equipment and they can also put in *optional or other exercise. I cancelled my subscription after one day when I realized this but would love to rejoin if they ever update this issue.
This app was sent straight from heaven to answer all my workout prayers! The workouts are so effective I’m low key in shock at how quickly I’m seeing and feeling results! I LOVE that I get new workouts every 7 days and recommendations about daily step goals! I’m working out smarter not harder……. All from the comfort of my home! :)
I love this workout! This is the first app I’ve used that I’m consistently working out at least 6 days/week - if at all possible. Courtney’s Pilates x strength workouts push me to be more intentional with my workouts. She’s awesome!! I highly recommend!
Love the workouts and especially the way this app uses my available equipment to help me find the workout that will be best for me! It doesn’t restrict you to one program. This app also works so well with my watch and health apps! Getting to listen to my own music and have coaching overlap is perfect! I’ll be using this app for a long time!
