Just tried to select my monthly items and I can’t add anything to my cart. It either says it’s out of stock or just does nothing. Every month I have some similar experience- I can’t select my items on mobile because of some show stopping bug. How are the reviews so high? I’ve been a subscriber for years but holy smokes this app is atrocious.

I am new to Globein and I am so glad I became a member! The products are such good quality. I love getting beautiful items from around the globe. Each monthly box is a wonderful gift to myself.
I’m all for supporting world wide endeavors but sadly many of the items are easily found in many dollar store type discount retailing outlets.
I love the company and the items they offer, the mission they support. However their website, subscription options, and app are very confusing at times. I often can’t find or do what I need to. That being said, I still recommend using them and hope they get these things sorted out soon.
I love getting items hand made and helps support these people.. My only issue is not getting my packages in a timely manner… I still haven’t gotten the June or July boxes. Terry Hendon
So far this has been my first month with the subscription and I am so so happy with the quality of the products and how fun it is to shop and also explore artisan products from around the world.
I subscribed to this company in March. It’s now June and I haven’t received a single thing. Customer service is email only and full of excuses about “delays from the supplier” or “moving warehouses” and anything else they can get you to hang on for. Buyer beware.
THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP YOU, and their system is CONFUSING. The recipient of my gift subscription did not receive their last gift. I HAVE TRIED FOR MONTHS to contact someone. I WAS CHARGED for a recurring subscription I cannot use! The first and last time I ever try a subscription service without someone to reach out. I am really upset that I have tried OVER 5 TIMES to resolve this issue and I get NO RESPONSE.
I look forward to my delivery every month and can’t wait for the next one! I have not been disappointed.
