The app is nice...when it actually works. I try logging into the website and get a message saying there’s no account associated with my email, which is completely untrue because I never changed it and checked for typos about a million times. At this point I’m locked out and unable to cancel my membership. Customer service auto-response says it will take TWO WEEKS for them to even read my email and assist me. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt because they have a great idea here, but their customer support and app are both atrocious
I have just joined my path around the world. After reviewing the website my bags are packed and I’m ready to try it all. Beautiful collection.
Please don’t join this company’s “subscription” service. I’m 5 months into my 6 month subscription and I have nothing to show for it, except an empty bank account. GlobeIn will happily take your money. When you ask about your boxes/product, you’re told, “soon”. I’ve been told “soon” since August 2020. Save yourself the hassle and headache and find another company to support.
If you are downloading this app I am assuming you chose to subscribe to GlobeIn. Word of advice get out while you still can. I am four months in to my six month subscription and the experience has been awful. I have only received one shipment from my subscription selections in the past four months. I try to get updates from the app on the status of the order. The app is absolutely worthless for any information on order status. So I go to the website... which is an awful experience too, after four months I have figured out how to get around, but it is not intuitive at all nor does the website work well. (Multiple login attempts are needed to get the website to work) Anyway when I look up status on the past three months worth of orders, all I am told is shipment pending or no shipping information. I have told my concerns to customer service, they apologize... but do not resolve the problem. I still don’t have any stuff! Do not subscribe to GlobeIn and do not download their app.
I’m so happy they finally made an app. So much easier to browse for add ons on my phone. My husband is not going to be happy I’m shopping much more lol 😬

This app is a total waste of time - doesn’t work half the time and when it finally does, it does something I don’t want done. Beyond frustrating!!! Website isn’t much better. Love the concept but pretty much just want to cancel.
