Doesn’t work

1
New 12 Pro, download and installed. Opened and data download fails with “No Internet”. I restarted my phone and it still fails and the support link just takes me to registration.

Great Tour

Drove us right to all the key spots - and pointed them out with pictures! Never had to sit there and scratch our heads as we looked at all the rocks. Worth it for keeping the kids entertained alone.

Not worth it

1
Attempted to use this to tour Arches national park this last week. Downloaded the tour in advance. It worked at first but then froze multiple times. Had to restart phone to get it to work again. It worked again for a bit but then stopped again. While it works it is nice but it was a headache because it doesn’t function properly for the entire tour. Wish I would have not bought.

App won’t even download data after I purchase it

1
Spent $2.99 for absolutely nothing. App starts downloading the guide data then stops and gives an error message. Annoying. Waste of time and money

It’s not really free

2
They make you think it is free, but if you want anything more than the demo tour you have to pay. I wish they disclosed that before I gave them my google info.

Loved the app. A lot of animation. A couple of movie clips and olympics torch story are great. GPS worked. All this for just a few dollars. Great buy.

Works so well!

5
We were worried that since this was a god App, it might not work so well in the National Park where signal is spotty but this app worked so well. I am especially glad we used the App because it gave me so much more background information on the formation and the landscape. Sure, it is fun and beautiful to just drive through the park but the App was a learning tool as well. We connected the phone to the car audio and all of us were able to listen to the commentary

Beautiful park

The landscape at Arches is incredible. BUT it is hard to know which “formation” the tour guide is talking about without pictures! That’s why I liked this one - extremely clear instructions on where to look, and helpful pictures and videos as accompaniment. I also really enjoyed the stories, especially about the Paiute and their mythology for the area. Wish there was more of that actually.
