Better tech people

Its a good app but I tried to recommend to my friend she tried signing in but it keeps saying she’s not eligible when she has her year as 1999 and it wont work at all you guys need better tech people cuz this is just outrageous

Birth dates

I enter my month,day, and year. I’m 17 and I was born in 2005 but when I enter it and clicked ok it said I wasn’t “eligible” even when this app is 12+ It doesn’t make sense and I was so sad when I wasn’t able to make an account.

it says it’s for 12+ but i’m 16 and it said i was too young and then i deleted it and redownloaded it to try it again and it still won’t let me join
