I’m 27 weeks pregnant and I’ve been using the sissfit app since day 1! The elliptical workouts have been a total game changer for me this pregnancy and I wish I had it with my first baby! I’ve been able to work up a sweat and find new energy thanks to these safe low impact sessions and I know it will be the ticket to help me feel strong and capable during labor and recovery! So grateful to have Sissfit keeping my physical and mental strength in a great place. I no longer have the weird aches and pains from running with the extra weight of baby growing! They’re keeping me active when I crave it the most!
I’ve been a runner for over twenty years and I have felt plenty confident in my self-motivation and ability to work out at home - so, in other words, I put off purchasing the app because I didn’t think I really needed it. But I found myself with an injury in March, and decided to give the app a try (needed SOMETHING, as I couldn’t run for a bit and pools were closed). I’m so glad I did! It has given new life to my strength workouts, and I recently started doing an audio-coached run once a week and am already seeing an improvement in my pace. I adore these girls and so appreciate their fantastic attitudes and everything they post. Thank you so much, Lauren and Kelly, for all the awesome work you put into this, and for being so motivating!!🙌❤️
The platform and workouts are FABULOUS but some important functionality is missing. I love the organized four week programs (Ignite, Accelerate, etc) but am disappointed that there isn’t an easy way to track progress through each week. It would be awesome if there was some indication of which workouts had been completed on the ‘workout menu’ for each program (and for each category of individual workouts, such as Outdoor Runs, 15 Minutes or Less, etc). Additionally, I have managed to mark non-tread workouts as complete, but I can’t figure out how to officially complete a tread workout so that it shows up under the “Activity” tab. I’ve just been tracking my activity in a notebook instead. These are pretty minor inconveniences in what is an absolutely amazing exercise program and app. It inspires total commitment and maximum effort and makes a treadmill so fun! Since doing tread workouts somewhat consistently (even just once or twice a week) I’ve become a much stronger, faster (like 1 minute per mile faster), and smoother runner and had more fun with it. These workouts will make you feel bad*** and powerful in the face of some serious quarantine blues!
These exercises are awesome. You go your own pace and really feel like you get a work out
Has anyone else had problems actually starting a membership? The button that says SUBSCRIBE NOW is floating over other graphics which looks odd, and when I click on it an error message pops up saying I am not authorized to purchase it. Iwas able to sign up for an account but now I can’t pay for anything to actually use it. 😩

I love these workouts by Lauren and Kelly. They’re great and only max of 35 minutes. Ideal for someone like me who has a job and kids. Highly recommend
Best, most efficient workout app I’ve used thus far! Favorite part is the coached runs/cardio. I used to just do long, steady runs- but now I do more work in less time. Plus- the intervals make the time go by super fast!
