No support and audiobooks doesn’t play

I am horrified there is no way to chat with support or send an email or anything like that. I can’t believe I paid money to be able to listen to audiobooks and medical medium book is not playing at all. In fact it tells me to make sure that my Wi-Fi and data is on it has told me that five times in a row and all five times my Wi-Fi and data have been on. Not happy at all

Unauthorized charge

I found an unauthorized charge on my credit card. HH unlimited does not show in any of my subscriptions so there is nothing I can cancel. I called to resolve and only received a voicemail.

Good but could be better navigation

hard to navigate. I can’t find the meditations. I have to go back to ones I listened to to find new ones which is time consuming. Algorithms need Improvement. good content

Has it all....
