Very well made game - they need to cap duel levels

This is a very well made game overall. Love all the features and seasonal events. However, it’s been really bugging me lately that the duels are super not fair at all. I am a level 50 and have been dueling high 50s and 60s for quite some time. To a certain extent I was able to win more than 50% of the games purely because of skills and a good deck combo, but after I reached Grandmaster it’s been impossible to win a single game. Players abuse no skill spells like Thunderstorm and I stand no chance of winning. They need to nerf it or cap levels or something because it’s really just so unfair and boring when people use the same spells over and over again and still win with no skills.

Already a LOT of bugs from the first 10 minutes

The art style is phenomenal but already, I’ve run into a handful of bugs. Whenever I put on my Ravenclaw robes, my character’s entire body disappears so it’s just a head. Whenever I looked for friends to add, all of them had their body missing too so I assume that they were also wearing robes that disappeared their body. I’ve been trying for a while now to sign into my WB games account to get that 200 gold sign-in bonus but when I input all my stuff, nothing happens and it says the sign in failed despite it working for other games. And this is just more of a personal tick - but we can’t change our character’s tone of voice? I have a female character and her voice is so high pitched that it gets immediately annoying, there’s no way to change that?? I’ve only just completed the sorting ceremony, getting ready to go to my first class, but dear lord the handful of bugs I’ve found this early in makes me not want to play. EDIT: Opening my inbox, I have a handful of letters that are completely confusing. I can only assume they’re for later in the game and I’m not SUPPOSED to have them yet. One says “chapter 3” and another says “chapter 2”.

Progress not saving

Every time I open the app , it starts me at the very beginning. I created a account so that my progress can be saved , still no saved progress !

All progress removed

I played this game for a day, everything seemed fine, I was moving through the game, and got decently ahead for one day of play only to log in this morning and find ALL progress gone. (Yesterday it was no problem going back to my save spot in the game.) Literally right back to getting the acceptance letter from Hagrid. I uninstalled the game and tried to load it back but it has somehow ALL BEEN FORGOTTEN. IM so sad and disappointed because I started to have fun…

Little confused…

This games great so far! Just got it today. There are some bugs, but they are bearable. I made it past the point where ivy went missing, but I’m not sure what to do after that. If gives me the option to stay or duel, I have dueled multiple times but nothing happened after that. I’m a little stuck. Help?

Greed Killed It

Even though it was newly released the company focused on money grabs instead of game play. When a game like this first comes out you need to build a community before introducing outrageously low value packs. The packs were so expensive compared to what you received. They chocked out every bit of fun. Punished you for focusing on cards and decks when they nerfed cards reducing playable decks. They introduced cards that were over powered like Obsurous and unpowered cards like golden snitch. They don’t give incentives for new game modes because they are sooooo greedy. Outfits are horrible looking and expensive except a few. At the beginning it says you can change your look anytime but fails to tell you that you have to pay for all the base looks and colors from character creator. Sadly wasted money on this game and have lost interest along with a bunch of others. They don’t listen to their community either. Don’t bother with this game.
