Great App

Really easy to use , a lot of perks and bonuses , the lines are pretty good . Only thing is when there’s like a prime time game or something big happening the app crashes and you can’t load up the app or it crashes . I’m assuming too many people at one time and since it’s a newer app they can’t handle the rush . But once they can start handling the rush and it stops crashing I’d give it 5/5 stars . Still a very good app

I was trying to redeem my money then they deactivated my account

So i was a bet and i did not know how to get my money so i went to yt for a tutorial, i went to go verify my account so i can get my money i clicked on “driver license “ i had to take a picture it had to be like 30 pictures i took they kept saying “ need to see words clearly” i took more then i gave up and tried state id that was not working so i contacted customer service for help they did not even do nothing it just said your account was deactivated for incorrect information LIKE WHAT. So now im just sitting here with my account deactivated with $50+ on the account.

They can screw you

They can give you a service error whenever you please when trying to place a bet they can prevent you from placing bets whenever they want unlike other apps which is disgusting it’s clear they aren’t much of a competitor compared to other betting apps

Bad servers. Untimely payouts.

Servers go down every day nfl is on. Payouts take hours for winning slips. Too bad this app is the only option for most.
