Horrible software and connection
I have seen $10 devices connect and register much more seamlessly. Horrible
App is terrible
I’m glad this was a gift because I would never spend my money on a product that just works sometimes. I find myself troubleshooting my Sonos one once a month.
Update update update
Great product. Truly love it. BUT, it will only play certain platforms, like pandora. Won’t play my Apple Music, Spotify, music from my phone etc. tells me to update the firmware, when I update, it says my equipment is incompatible. Frustrating to say the least. So, if you like pandora and pandora only, it’s amazing!! Perfect sound!
Always needs updates and other issues
The speakers always seem to ‘need updates’, and unpair with each other. The integration with Spotify is poor - I typically like to play on all speakers in the house, but Spotify often is unable to play on all of them until I reopen the sonos app, update, then group them back together.
Alexa does not play well with Sonos
A nightmare to set up.
Corporate Hubris & Greed
As a technology prosumer, I have never experienced a company more blatant about the planned obsolescence of their products and more dismissive of customers.
If you change your network you need to buy new speakers I guess

Not Connecting
Connection issues make my 2 Sonos speakers unusable. Please push out a fix asap.
Software is Unreliable
I’ve had SONOS speakers in my home for quite some time. Since upgrading to the Arc soundbar my sub and surrounds disappear from my system every time there’s even a momentary disruption in my internet service. None of my other home automation devices (Hue lights, Chamberlain garage door, Honeywell thermostat) are affected. I just can’t recommend SONOS at this point.

SONGS SKIP THEMSELVES, IT HAS OTHER ISSUES BUT SONGS WILL SKIP ITSELF RANDOMLY WHILE YOU ARE LISTENING TO IT!!!!
