Lot of issues show up if you are using google sign . Lot of unnecessary checks in the app that ruin the experience and the good content the app has. I have 2 tv in home and every once in a while they sign me out and adding the tv back is a nightmare because of the two device limits. Surprised with the amount of effort they made to restrict to 2 apps, ideally they should restrict to 2 parallel streaming instead. Understand they want to restrict login sharing but they have to fix it the right way, none of the other apps have this issue. Billing also is weird website tells 35$ per year but if you are subscribed via google you will be charged 50 odd dollars.

Worst costumer care
When I go to the search menu on Apple TV the App just freezes. It’s been a month I’m facing this issues.
They have worst customer service. Need to wait couple of days for their reply. It takes more than 1 hr to connect to representative and they doesn’t respond properly and their response is at snail pace. They don’t answer questions properly. Better to avoid using this app. Even though I cancelled my subscription they renewed automatically. Once I reached out to representative after so much struggle they simple say they can’t refund.That’s worst part and representatives are not knowledge and not quick to answer to respond.
It doesn’t open and customer support says delete and reinstall the app. And not ready to refund the money paid for subscription. Even after reinstalling the app it doesn’t open
App is very slow on TV

TV App doesn't work as expected. No content. Very slow. Forward/Backward option doesn't work at all. Very frustrating. Been complaining about this since beginning.
