This app does just that with programs and daily workouts curated to challenge and push you to your limits, to help you get into the best shape of your life and reach your fitness goals. Alive was planned and designed to be as simple as possible and easy to use. Focusing specifically on the workout experience so you have confidence during your workouts. We are excited to continue improving and evolving the app with our Alive community in the process. Features Programs Alive includes 4 different programs to choose from based on your personal goals. When you join a program you are guided through a full schedule of workouts that span over several weeks. This takes any guesswork out and keeps you focused on your goals. Daily Workouts Alive includes plenty of daily workouts that are split up into different categories (HiiT, Abs, Pull, etc) so you can decide what type of workout you want to do. Journey The path to a fit, healthy life is a journey, not an overnight process. The journey allows you to keep track of your progress by weight, photos, and a timeline of progress. Alive also has the capability of syncing your active minutes and weight data with Apple Health. Consistency is key so as you continually hit your goals the app will reward you with achievements along the way! Subscriptions / Alive Premium Alive is free to download and offers two Premium subscription options, Monthly and Annually. Both options include a 7-day trial. Alive Premium provides full access to the app including all programs and daily workouts. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage your subscriptions and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. not really meant for beginners or people that need lower impact/ modifications. The workouts seem great but I was mostly confused and there’s no way to keep track of which workouts I’ve done? Like, if I’m trying to do the alive workouts, I couldn’t remember where I left off. It’s disappointing because her videos and Instagram workouts are so great. Will be deleting.

This app is so articulate, amazing and very well worth the money. Whitney and her team gave this app all the aspects needed to fulfill your journey of becoming a better version of you. With videos, journaling, achievement badges, progress pictures and SO many workout options available, this app is just amazing. Can’t wait to finish my alive 1.0 and head on to 2.0!!

All Around My Favorite Workout App

I am not a massive gym rat or anything, but I got this at the beginning of the pandemic to help me get some movement. I did the Alive Inside program in its entirety and I saw major results. I don’t weigh myself, but physically, my body changed dramatically and my strength was amazing. I love the new updates that they’re coming out with! I am so excited that they finally have warm ups, as I was starting to injure myself without proper warm ups. I guess my only critiques would be that it is not the most beginner friendly. I work out somewhat regularly and I still really really struggle with some of the workouts sometimes, having to give up occasionally, which is disheartening and makes me just want to quit it all together. I think it would be a really great thing if they could add some modifications if someone is say, not able to do push ups for the 45 seconds, or offer a separate, more beginner friendly program. I know Whitney is at the peak of fitness, so I’m sure her lighter programs feel like beginner stuff to her, but for someone that works at a computer all day and rarely gets to be active, it’s a lot, haha. I think it would also be really great if it offered tips on form during some of the exercises so that people don’t potentially injure themselves or do a workout improperly. But really, I would give this app like an A-, and I think it really has a ton of potential for getting all the way there to an A+

Alive is unlike any other fitness app I have used. The workouts are FIRE but also easy to follow. You don’t have to have loads of experience to do them. The UI is beautiful and the UX is sooooo good. The timers, the journaling, the videos showing the exercises, the list goes on and on. If you are on the fence about paying for this app, DO IT!!!

Really love, but

I really love the workouts and the design of the app, the only think I don’t like is that rest days are a little confusing. They are not highlighted in the next up section like a regular workout day, nor are they counted in the history. I wish there was a way to check off and track your rest day, maybe log that you did some stretching or went for a walk, and it would be great if it would show up in the journey history.

I’ve never paid for a fitness app before this one but it is ABSOLUTELY worth the money. There is a ton of variety in the workouts, which makes me excited to go to the gym & workout consistently. The app is super user friendly, I love that Whit demonstrates each move & the community is amazing. Can’t say enough positive things about this stellar app.

Booty is Growing!

Whitney knows how to grow a booty!! I’m halfway through the Alive 1.0 program and I’ve seen major booty and leg gains as well as overall muscle growth!! Her workouts are fun and very creative!! Many exercises that I’ve never done or seen before. I’m loving the app! I look forward to working out every day! I do wish there were meal ideas but overall a top notch app!

Well I knew I would love this app. I simply love Whitney with all my heart mind soul & spirit, okay. But guys this app is incredible! Something about having workouts and even rest days planned within a program is so motivating. I even feel fully prepared to face the gym instead of being nervous to approach different sections/machines. While I love basically every aspect of the app, I think my favorite is the journaling section. A healthy lifestyle isn’t just about fitness- it’s about mental health too! and it’s just so perfect that Whit would include a journaling section. I workout every morning and while I recover (lol) I use the gratitude journal to record what i’m thankful for that day. Truly an incredible game-changing feature. I absolutely recommend this app to anyone and everyone seeking to build healthy habits and live a healthy lifestyle.

Wish it told you which muscle you’re targeting with each exercise

The app looks great, but I wish it told you which muscle each workout is targeting so I can get some of that mind-muscle connection I hear so many people talking about. I’m a newb at lifting so some of these moves I have no idea which muscles they work because I could be doing it wrong and targeting a different muscle than intended.
