I use the gymshark app and i love how that’s set up with the whole workout plan, if you could have the same set up as you do in the gymshark app that would be great! Please let me know if you do this!
Can’t look at a single thing without needing to pay. Can’t even track my weight or progress pics for free. I literally can find workouts everywhere. Including her own channel, seems like a money grab. :/
I really like this app! It keeps me motivated in the gym on what I should be doing. My only complaint is I wish you could move through the days in the programs. On some of the rest days I would like to move on to the next day but am unable to. I hope there will be an update where you can make the program fit your schedule better. Other than that, it has helped me a lot in the gym to have a plan on what I am doing that workout. I will keep using with the hopes that the above change happens. 👍🏻
This app has changed my life and got me back into the gym. I love how simple it is and that I know exactly what I’ll be doing when I get to the gym. The only thing that would make this even better is if each workout shows what muscle we are working so we can build that mind to muscle connection. Love this app though!!

Wish it had sound. Also, there is some delay in the demonstrations of the exercises.
I love this app. Not only is it easy to use but I love the how to do each workout. I love how you can personalize it to your current level! Not only do I love Whitney’s approach but I also love how much she cares about her followers. I can’t say enough good things!
I love this app! I wake up at 4:30 every morning excited to go to the gym because I actually know what I’m going to be doing. Love the short clips of the workouts and different angles so you can really see how to position yourself and how fast or slow you should be doing the workouts. Thank you Whitney for creating this app!! I do have a recommendation.... if the app could some how connect with my Apple Watch so it can also record my workouts then the app would be perfect!
Alternate Exercises would be helpful if we don’t have that certain machine or we don’t feel that certain exercise as much. It would also be nice to log your weights so you can keep progress.
