I cancelled the free trial within the required timeframe but was still charged $30 for a monthly subscription! The instructions to cancel are also extremely complicated and false. They direct you to your iTunes subscriptions to cancel but then the subscription does not appear. Horrible practice and of course no one to reach out to to fix the situation. 🙄
Not so much, why say free when you have to buy the app to do anything. False advertising!! No thank you
I used this app hoping to boost the health of my plants, and ended up wayyy over watering them. I do not recommend this app as I worked for three years with not professional advice and grew a nice healthy avocado tree and three weeks after using this app, it died. I am very frustrated and I just hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
It is a nice app, but hardly ever got rare plants correct. I live in South Africa and their indigenous SA catalog is ok for a beginner but for more advanced plant people, it’s a pass. Also watch out they will say free trial but immediately charge you if you had already had a subscription in the past. Then they will not refund your money.

Takes months to get feedback from an actual person. I got much better help from someone at a nursery who actually lives in my area/climate. The scan of the plant ID is often wrong which may lead to folks incorrectly caring for their plant. Do not recommend this app. Also Blossom will not allow me to cancel my account and continues to charge me.
I'm tired of downloading a FREE app and when you try to use it you're asked to sign up for a subscription!! It just runs you in circles.
The app is so glitchy. I can’t even see the text I’m writing. It does that thing where your keyboard dissagears and you push the button where the keyboard was out of nowhere.
