I’ve tried facing to two different numbers and neither will go through. I don’t want the subscription. I can’t find anyone to help.

Very poor service

I paid the weekly fee to send one fax and I am still unable to send the fax. I have not been provided the service I paid for. I have reached out for help from this apps “contact services” and I have not heard anything back. I have a very important fax to get out and when paying for a service I would expect to be able use it. There is no customer service number to call, so I have been left in the dark. Not a happy camper

It didn’t work and neither did their other app work. The first app wouldn’t let me rate it until I downloaded this app. The other app is called Fax App. Not satisfied at all!!!
