Scam

Downloaded the app to try and help a friend find his phone and before I knew it I all of a sudden had a 74 dollar charge that I can’t get back for something I never wanted

Doesn’t refresh easily.

Will not refresh must close out the app and restart. Also there is a delay by up to 12 hrs of showing location. No customer service.

Well I fell in the same trap as the all the other people did and I cannot cancel it so I said well I don’t care this is stupid and I wish I could give a 0 rate u bots

Don’t even want to leave a single star.

I downloaded this in an emergency. It was NOT HELPFUL. And I had to sign up. And not realizing it I was then charged 75$USD a couple days later for a FULL YEAR of this trash. So. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, and 100% DO NOT SUPPORT THIS. Can’t even get a refund on what I didn’t realize I was signing up for in a hurry.

Charged when shouldn’t be

I had downloaded this app to help my friend find their phone and the app was free but somehow still charged me a yearly rate, that I did not choose. Now I am locked out of my Apple ID to download other apps until I let this payment go through. I would not download or try this app

Be careful! Free trial cost me 69.99!! Want my money back!

Just to warn you! I tried the free trial for one day and the next day deleted the free trial… it was well within the guidelines! I wasn’t impressed with it. Did not want it! I was charged and my account had a withdrawal of 69.99!!! WHAT A RIPOFF! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! PS: I HAD TO GIVE IT A STAR EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT WANT TO IN ORDER TO POST THIS REVIEW!

Cost and availability

I have to pay to use the app?! I won’t pay cause I just wanted to find my AirPods and nothing else. I would not play a 70 dollar fee just to use a app I will only use once

DO NOT TRUST THIS APP or the company

I did the trial for $1.00 but when I saw the price I cancelled it immediately. The company StreamPrima immediately started trying to charge my credit card even though the trial period was until December 20 and it was only December 11. My credit card declined it and asked me to contact them, which I did. They would answer and hang up on me immediately. I tried calling 10 times and each time they hung up. They finally charged my card after numerous attempts but my credit card company is disputing it. So, a fraudulent app and company so beware!
