Pretty peaceful

This is my second day using the app, and I love it. It’s very calming and gives you the permission to be true to yourself and set a healthy framework for your life. I’m really I’m enjoying it, and am able to see all the things I’ve take for granted.

Doesn’t Work on Small Phones

From what I saw I like the content of the app, but it does work on my phone. I have a small phone and things were off the screen and stacked on top of one another making the daily check in undoable.

Fix interface for iPhone SE

The app interface doesn’t seem to be compatible on iPhone SE. I just downloaded the app and can’t even get past the daily check in as the mood icons block the continue button on my interface.

Great App

I have been struggling with an eating disorder. The app Bloom knew right away from the first day and gave me the algorithm (options) for what I had been struggling with. It’s been a great help. Excellent AI engineering. Thank you Bloom.

Could tech support get back to me, please?

I paid for an annual subscription in October & I no longer have access to any sessions. You get five stars if you let me back in the clubhouse. I’ve reached out a lot of different ways already. Check your emails, please. ✌️

Help me please

I love your app a lot. However I am not quite ready for the subscription. I lost the track of time and subscription got purchased before I cancelled it. Is there any way you can delete my subscription and return money to my account? I really would appreciate your help. Thank you in advance.

GREAT APP - but wish it worked on iPad

I really love this app. It could replace my other meditation and wellness apps, at least two of them. I just wish it worked on iPad. Appears it only works on iPhone.

Good app, but watch out for how they charge you.

I don’t want to make this app look bad, because it really is a good resource and I think it is worthy of being paid for. I look forward to checking in on this nightly. It takes away the stress of dealing with a real therapist online (such as Better Help, etc.) However, when I did the free trial, I was aware that I could pay for a monthly subscription if I liked it. I thought that is what would happen. I was charged for a yearly fee by default, which is a financial stressor to say the least. It would help if the default was not a $60 yearly fee. I’m in the process of requesting a refund for this, but wouldn’t mind paying monthly as I need it considering how the refund process goes.

This app has already changed my life for the better. I can’t afford therapy at this time and was desperate to find anything that would help, and this has exceeded my expectations. I love the app itself, and it took no time at all for me to feel connected to the guide and not like there was just a bot taking me through. It’s worth the money and I’m grateful I found it.
