Immediately Awful

ARE YOU KIDDING? I can’t remember any other app charging me immediately for a FREE trial. In the into it says it’ll be taken out in 7 days, that you get a 7 day free trial. NOPE. It was taken out immediately. I turned to this app for help and it started off with stressing me out and lying to me. I honestly can’t believe this just happened.

Insightful and Enlightening

This app is fantastic and one of the best mindfulness and wellness apps I’ve tried. I love it because it helps me analyze and understand for my self how I think. The interactive pre-recorded prompts and tips by the therapists are super helpful and very insightful. It’s helped me understand more and practice grounding myself in the present moment in any given situation which in turn, has helped me with my struggles with motivation and procrastination among other things.

Buggy and glitchy

A confusing interface that often gets in the way of getting the cognitive work done. Buggy and glitchy, the app often becomes non responsive or crashes.

I can honestly say that using bloom has been a big help, it’s not in person but what I learn here I can talk about with my therapist and apply to my life. There’s no need to wait for a session, I can repeat old session if I’ve felt they’ve helped this app is truly amazing. Take it from someone who functions on CBT, has seen amazing improvement in my life because of it!!

I'm liking it

This app came to when I was in a very low place. I think I needed this app becauss I have gone to therapy but I dont feel as comfortable witb a therapist and I usually blank out or forget to talk about what I have on my mind. It's no secret that when you're talking to a therapist you won't alwaya be as open as you can be and as honest and real with yourself so this app is so helfuk in that you're able to be honest without fear of judgement and can work on what you feel you need help on intuitively
