Purchased the premium for 24$, it worked for like a second and a half (it was nice while it worked). Then it won’t connect to my TV/keeps disconnecting. There’s no app on my phones desktop nor is there one in any folder that I can find for this app. It’s a complete waste of $ abd now I have to spend hours figuring out how to get a refund for a app I got 30 seconds of use from.

Forces you to pay $25 if you want to use it correctly. Difficulty connecting consistently. Very delayed responses with video and pictures. Everytime I open the app it thinks I’m connecting from scratch but then after a couple minutes catches up with itself.
This App has a subscription option for full use of the app with lifetime updates. I may not own my device that long and don’t need it. Terrible idea with the purchase of a physical product. In my case a TV. Phone apps to control devices should be free because it requires the purchase of a physical device to be used.
I assumed (yes I know the old saying), since it recognized my TV it was going to work. It doesn’t and I approved the one time purchase of $25. Stupid on my part, do make the same mistake.
Just purchased to use with my new Samsung 4K UHD TV along with my (up to date) iPhone and i have to tap the selection several times to get a response if i get a response at all. Hopefully it improves, otherwise definitely not worth $25
I tried to send an email to their service department and it will not go through. I am now using the robots because of a terrible app.
Paid for app. Tried to hit next. Would not do anything. I would like someone to text call or email me about a refund.
Stopped working completely. Puts up the paywall every time I try to use. What’s the point.
