They charge you $49.99 a year even if you delete the app
Downloaded the app, found it’s $49.99 a year after a trial period, promptly deleted (same day). Was still charged $49.99. This is robbery.
Best live translation for iPhones
"Google on android works good but your transcribe is the only one I find to pick up the most accurate on a iPhone so thank you for that. I have been able to do more public events again like go to church and I recently went to a comedy show and had no issues I was able to keep along. I feel like it’s helped me gain some of my life again after losing my hearing two years ago from autoimmune. I’ve tried every app and this by far is the best.
Father is using in hospital
I set this up for my father and it works great, but I feel misled by the $5 monthly subscription. It doesn’t mention time limits under these subscriptions. He went through 5 hours in the first weekend and I had to buy $5 more. Very disappointed in this misleading subscription price. Glad I didn’t purchase a year, since I have no idea what that time limit would have been. Brian
Works very well
$49.99 for year but get 5 hours of voice time per month. You can buy more time for $$ per hour. If you need it for a business application it’s great but for those of us on social security the cost is beyond what we is affordable. I wish this would have been made clear before I subscribed.

Limitations
This app is a lifesaver EXCEPT in a crowded room but nobody’s perfect
Great app and AWESOME customer service
Excellent voice transcription app for deaf or hard of hearing. There is a large list of languages included. The customer service is a highlight. They gave me prompt and personalized assistance.
Absolute greedy scum — they charge by the hour
This is a great app from a functionality standpoint… HOWEVER, I paid $50 dollars for the pro version. But that only gives you ~20 hours per month or so of use before you have to pay for for more time. Then it’s $1 an hour! $50 a year isn’t enough for unlimited use???? All I want to do is communicate with my 94 y/o grandmother and these greedy pigs want to take more of my money so I can do that. I have never been more upset by an app or in my life. How can these people live with themselves? So incredibly misleading. The only thing they can do now is unlock the app. That’s the only way to make it right. A refund wouldn’t be adequate. They need to remove the time limit, period. There is no reason for it other than GREED. I’m disgusted. The positive reviews are either fake or from people who haven’t hit the time limit yet. Just wait and see how they’ll feel when they do.

The reason I got this app is because I am hearing impaired. It was very difficult for me to understand what other people are saying when being talked behind me or in a Bible study class. It is also very helpful when I have conversations with my family members without any confusion using this app, it is amazing. Thank you for this tremendous help on this. Again, I thank you.
Very helpful
A year ago I loss my hearing completely out of nowhere, I couldn’t understand people and doctors didn’t want to see me until I learn sign language, I don’t know sign language, but some thankfully accepted that I use this app to communicate and I really appreciate it. It’s very helpful I can’t listen to the songs at church, but I can transcript the sermons and I am very thankful for that.
