Absolute Garbage

I’ve been trying for almost 2 hours to get these ringtones to show up in my iPhone XR’s ringtone selection and I was lead down a rabbit hole of ‘do this do that’ and nothing works.

It simply did not allow me to make my own ringtones it would either refresh or bring be back to the main menu
