Every time I chose a meal plan, it starts it on an arbitrary day. Sometimes two days in the past (ridiculous!), or sometimes 2 or 3 days in the future. There’s no option to start it on a date of your choosing, which I find completely absurd.
Great concept and looking forward to using but crashes very often

The splash screen does not go away. Once I log in it keeps trying to sell a monthly amount!!!
I bought the all access membership and tried to use the app. The app recognized my email, but will not allow me to access the info without paying again. Technical support has been nonexistent. The most help I received was them sending me the tutorial on how to down load the app and login (my request for help stated that I had already downloaded and logged in, but the app was blocking the info with a payment screen). I requested a refund and have yet to hear from anyone.
I really started to like the app. Then I click on some recipes and couldn’t read them. Some of the font on certain thing is white and I can’t read it at all. So cancelled my subscription pointless to have it if I can’t even read the recipes.
I was so excited at the prospect of being able to meal plan and track macros in one simple app. I signed up for the membership online and paid, only to find the app doesn’t fully load. I can’t view any recipe details, there is no actually macro tracking (only a calculator), and the app is very slow in general. Clean Eating magazine has always been a favorite of mine, so I have a hard time wrapping my head around them producing an app with such low quality. It definitely has the potential to be more, if it just worked right. Please fix this, so you can continue to be an excellent publication that truly delivers on its word.
Just signed up and I can’t see the recipes. When I click on the picture of the recipes I just get black lines. When I signed up it was missing the words I needed to log in- email, password and user name. I had to guess what it was wanting. I am really hoping to get help with this. I can’t seem to go to FAQ and add a question. Please help. Update: I have emailed two times now and have gotten only one response that said they would get back to me in 24 hours. It’s been almost a week now. I really want to have access to an app I purchased.
I love the concept & the recipes. The ap has been super glitchy for me. The grocery list in particular. I added my plan and the list only pick up some of my recipes so I ended up needing to go back to the store when I realized it. When I add new recipients to my weekly plan it will glitch out and I have to restart my phone.
