The app is lying

I was not able to try reason being i was bot within “age” on the downloading page you must be”12+” of age to continue to use i am 13 trying to loss some weight when i have to be 16 years or older to use this app scam

I just lost my job and I’ve been depressed and gaining weight because of it. I wanted to try this app to get back into a rhythm and have more energy. The way they advertised the program is “$1.04/week-$49/year” and I thought they’d take the payment out weekly or monthly. Not really too excited about having nearly $50 missing from my account today but i guess I have to use this for a year now and maybe this is the motivation to get another less-than-minimum wage position as a cna.

Dislike Update

I really liked this app before but after the recent update i feel like it’s harder to manage and was easier before. also black friday ads keep popping up which is fine except it won’t let me exit out of the ad. I have to close the app and reload it.

One of the reasons people purchase apps is not to be bothered by ads. Although this app does all it claims to do, it constantly bombards you with solicitation for subscriptions. I paid $4.99 and still get the ads. The worst part is that once the ad screen comes on, there is no option to remove it. I am going to purchase another app just to get away from the ads. Let this be a warning to all.

Down 12 pounds so far!

Simple is - in a word - SIMPLE! I tried another IF app, but I did not lose weight and I didn’t stick with it. I have been with Simple about 1 month and I am down 12 pounds! I really like the way Simple sends reminders about hydration and logging meals. The articles on nutrition are also helpful and encouraging. Logging foods is remarkably easy, and fun too, with a variety of food icons. Simple is customizable in so many ways, so I have been able to stick with my IF plan. IF isn’t always easy, but with this super customizable and encouraging app I have moved from a 16:8 to an 18:6 IF schedule. I appreciate Simple making it simple for me to adopt IF as a lifestyle, not just a dieting fad. Thanks, SIMPLE!

Good app but

This app is a great app for helping keep track of intermittent fasting. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight and the Simple app helps me keep track of when to start my fast & when to finish. That being said the premium version isn’t worth the money. Nothing changes in the app other the ln you get access to articles. Also the food/drink items you available is very limited. If you have, let’s say a sandwich for lunch you have to choose each ingredient individually, which isn’t a bad thing but sometimes I’m in a hurry & don’t have time to select each individual thing on the sandwich, then the sides. Also the choices of food beyond basics is limited as well. The developers really need to expand the food choices available.

I so enjoy this app, It’s easy to follow. Since I’ve been using it I wake up feeling great with lots of energy, no more bloated feeling and less hungry. I’m so much more active, I don’t know what it is but I’ve been getting compliments that I’m looking great with a healthy glow. It definitely works for me.
