Not up front about cost

I tried it for the free 7 days and had no reminder that my time was up, just billed me for 3 Months. Developer was not clear that it was 3 month billing not month to month. Can’t reach anyone easily for customer service. They just took $ from me for nothing. I guess that’s how you get rich in this country.

I was under the impression I would be given a personalized program that I assumed would include idea meal plans as well as logging foods and fasting trackers. I will have to adjust.

Funny how it’s called “simple” and yet it’s really hard to use. All the tests they advertise are no were to be found. Maybe i’m not looking right but shouldn’t it be simple 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have been practicing intermittent fasting on my own and enjoy it. I couldn’t imagine that this app would hold me accountable and grow my knowledge of the “why” behind my fasting. It’s been amazing and I am so glad I got the app.

I am finding this IF easy to follow. I wish there was room for more interaction w the designers: how do I feel; what’s happening in my life; what the reasons are for differences in my routine.. Some of the choices re: food are just too broad or nonexistent. More details are needed! I am only in my third day — got the trial for $1— perhaps the ‘full’ program has those details. I will be continuing.

Helpful but overpriced

The app is essentially a food and fasting tracker. It’s overpriced for what you get as a subscription. I found that after a week or two I knew what to do and was ready to move on without the app.

This app is totally worth the money. It’s not expensive for what it does! It’s tracks everything you need in order to lose weight. Activities, meal journal, liquids, and fasting window. I especially love seeing when my body is in full fat burning mode. This app keeps me motived, mindful and on track. It also connect to my Apple Watch with notifications to remind me to drink some water! It’s like having a little diet mentor on your side at all times. It’s only been a few days so I haven’t seen results yet, but I have a feeling this is going to stick and will continue to work for me. 😆

I don’t find this app very intuitive and the meal choices aren’t great. Wish I’d done a free trial, but didn’t see that option.

Thieves!

I signed up with this app last week with a free 7 day trail. By the 5th day, I had decided it wasn’t for me, and cancelled my membership deleting the app from my phone. Today? My bank account shows a $39 payment to these people!! Save yourself and skip this app; if you instead decide to download it anyway, navigate through the app THAT DAY and decide if it’s a NO or GO so you don’t get charged even though 7 days hasn’t passed! I will be contacting my bank and having this charge reversed.

I don’t know how good the app is... I paid $30 for 3 months and wanted to get started but had something come up. 3 days passed and I wasn’t able to use it, so I wanted to start fresh on the 3rd days. When I tried to reset my info it erased the fact that I paid for it, and wanted me to pay again... pretty crappy.
