Is really a nice app I prefer this than zero but they have the widget app and might switch back it’s more convenient. This app is the best had to give it 5 stars, they heard us and that’s what I call good customer service. App is beautiful, now I can delete zero and get ready to fast properly and also look at my phone smiling doing it. Guys at SIMPLE thank you. Zero app made me gain weight cause of the layout LOL!

Not so simple

I have other apps that I liked but thought I’d try this. It’s anything but simple. No reminders it won’t let me stop timer on fast and I’m done trying to figure it out. I unfortunately paid for subscription.

Great motivational tool !!!

Love , Love, Love this app !!! Easy to use and so easy to keep track of EVERYTHING. It keeps me motivated and I love looking at the progress rings. Sometimes I will fast for longer when I see that I will be in active fat burning in 2 more hours. I push myself to do better when I’m using this app. I notice I start falling back into bad habits when I’m not using it as often. If you take pictures of what you eat and go through the reasons of why you ate it, it will help you make better choices. I’ve already lost 17lbs with the help of this amazing FREE tool !!!! Logging B&A pics and weight in the app really helps !!!! The creators of this app are amazing and really get inside your head to help you change your bad habits and help you understand why. Love the insights that are personalized to your choices. Thank you guys !!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

SCAMMERS: Once I wrote a review they got back with me!!

All of the one star people are complaining of money being taken, in my case I DID cancel my subscription BEFORE the trial ended. They are writing the same response saying we didn’t cancel and that if we email they can take a deeper look into it!! However I emailed them before I wrote my review and they still didn’t respond ! They are scammers!!

Please make more achievements available! I think they really help and they keep it interesting. It’s motivated me in FitBit seeing all the achievements they have that you can unlock. And more options for food please! Like pizza! But I like the way we can pick the emojis for food! Thank you for the app tho, it has helped me change my eating habits and relationship with food in the most positive way
