I purchased app by mistake it’s only been like ten minutes since purchase I have canceled subscription on my iPhone but how do I get refunded?
this app literally helped me with loosing weight i was 156.6 and now i’m 141.0 and i think u guys should download this app !
I should have research a bit more on this app. I thought it was also a good tracker but it’s not. It’s not like other trackers, unless I’m using it wrong, where you can scan upc/ look up food with measurements like other tracker apps. This one uses icons ohms good and asks you to decide if it’s healthy or not. To me this basically just tells you when to eat and when to fast which I can figure out on my own. Also. I thought it was free but with the sign up it goes to a credit card page.. wish I knew I could skip that by just swiping. So I’ve got an app for 30 bucks I can’t use. Awesome. Already cancelled it.

I canceled this app about a month after I used it and it was supposed to cancel on December 31, 2020 and for some reason it has renewed for another year. Please cancel!!I even checked Apple account and it WAS cancelled.I would like my money refunded.
This app would’ve been a lot better if it gave the option to actually input what you ate for the day in your food log. I can’t log certain food because the option is not available for example if I ate a tuna wrap I can not include that in my journal because the options available is very limited.
Hello, I wasn’t sure where to reach you so here I am. Is there any way you could implement scanning a foods barcode to upload exact nutritional info into the data base? I also love the journal portion; perhaps you can add an actual log of our personal thoughts for that day? How we felt, what we craved, etc? You know, to see our mental progress as well? This app has helped me stay accountable to my goal as well as reminds me when I need to eat or drink water! Easy to use and helped me step up my game!
For example, I will get notifications during a fast to make sure I log my breakfast when breakfast time is during my fasting window. Also, I almost always log my meals at the table but when I log one meal in front of the TV I get a notification indicating that I eat most of my meals in front of the TV and warning me of the negative impact of doing so.
You can’t count calories and there isn’t a lot of food choices to describe the food u ate but the app is easy to navigate.
