Not understanding how it works

I’m trying to understand this app, I just hate how it automatically starts the fasting. I wanted to start fasting exactly at 9pm after my 8pm break at work. But it was already set to fast for 19 hours and counting.

I’m highly disappointed that we are forced to buy this app monthly. I can understand a one time purchase but not a monthly subscription. I Will uninstall and find an app that won’t make me purchase, even if I have to watch ads.

That app is so good and keep a routine in your life marking the hours that u ate to how much time you will eat after that is so amazing and can help it’s not a diet app but helps u a lot when it’s time to eat and when its not they ask question if the food was healthy that is amazing the person who is reading this u should download this app it’s sooo amazing and like oh I ate a food and was just a snack and my mom is going to the the lunch and my app says it’s not time to eat so that a easy question u can just put that it was time to eat it’s right they won’t care and they don’t need to care it’s your life but this app it’s so amazing u should download no kidding

This app is just perfect. I've tried all the intermittent fasting apps and these guys just get it. Amazing interface and great stories and motivation to go along with it. I will be sticking around for a long time.

Love this app.

Very easy to start fasting or to adjust it if you forgot to start it right at the moment. Also, the alerts and reminders make it very simple, and it’s great to be able to see a graph chart it against bodyweight. Does exactly what it needs to do, without being over-complicated.

A fasting app doesn’t need a ton of complicated features. The app will remind you when you’re close to reaching your goal, but you can easily go past the goal or stop early if needed.
