Not great for folks with medical conditions

Some medications require me to have something in my stomach and app is busy telling me it’s psychological. No built in parameters for such situations .

Used to track Faating

I was using this app cause it would help me track my fasting. It also used to tell me how long I fasted when I entered my first entry in the morning. Now it doesn’t tell me anything about my fasting. What happened? I don’t want to waste my time with the app if I can’t see my fasting any longer. ☹️😢

Great-just missing one thing

I love this app-it motivates me to think about what I’m eating, and the fasting is not difficult at all! The only thing missing is an option for an elliptical workout in the activity choices-so I just have to choose walking and add a note. It’s not a big deal or a deal breaker-I just wish my tracking were more accurate.

Beware- fraudulent charges

I downloaded this app and never agreed to a subscription, yet I was charged over $40 anyway. App developer is a complete a$$hole about it and iTunes doesn’t show a subscription. Apparently this is set up to third party charge through PayPal. Very sneaky. App to stay away from!!

Great free app

I too a risk trying out this app and I have used it now for one week and find it easy and motivating. I get tiny reminders about logging food or water and it allows you to take pictures of your meals. I’m surprised how easy the fast is, I started at 14/10 and I’ve comfortably moved to 16/10. I believe this has to do with also doing keto at the same time. I’m not carb crashing, and I’m logging calories on another app to make sure I’m not going to go over on portion control. This app doesn’t count calories it’s only IF so I find it best to use with any food tracking app to give you a way to see your macro nutrients. I’m sure if you paid for the subscription you can get this added and at this rate I might be upgrading since the app is worth it in my opinion.

I can’t even get into the app I have already registered three or four times and it keeps giving me the same window I am not sure what I’m doing wrong but it gives me an error every single time I’m already frustrated I have deleted this app I do not recommend

Gotta make sure you can connect together any other apps your upswing or you have to repeat entering meals and it’s not “simple”
