Easier to use than goat

This app is amazing and it’s way easier to use than goat because it shows all the fees and it’s easier to list only thing I wish it the alias app would add is make it so you don’t have to sign in every time, it gets pretty annoying having to sign in after getting off the app

Can you not buy here ?! So this app is for selling and Goat is for buying?! Is that what y'all are trying to do ?! Troublesome payouts and slow inefficient customer service sound frustrating.

DO NOT link your account Goat account to this app. Its easier to sell your shoes on Goat away it won’t let u sell shoes on Goat. And I straight up would rather use Goat to sell my sneakers but I can’t do that because I linked my account
List now without confirmation

Goat app is better than this, somehow, i tap on list now without confirmation, my shoe got sold from storage which so f up!!! I took fk loss on my shoe! Why you used bought price for list now price! It is stupid!
Add Clothing Back!

I’m a streetwear reseller and a month or two ago it let me sell my clothes on there but now they removed clothing, it would be 5 stars if they added it back though.
Really bad customer service with Alias

Customer service is extremely bad. Still currently an unresolved problem with cashing out. Joint accounts with Goat and Alias users seem to have some type of interference where you cannot cash out what you sold. It’s been 1 week and the turn around type with responses are 2+ days. Very disappointing. As far as ease in using the app, it’s good. 2 stars because the lack of customer support.
Overly complicated for no reason

The app is too complicated for no reason. There is no reason it should have the ui that it does. The ui does nothing for the experience and makes the app harder to use. You can’t bulk list multiple sizes of the same shoe anymore. And the dumbest part of the app is why do I have to watch a 10 second animation of a changing price when I just want to change the price.

It has been a MONTH since I turned in some shoes for sale, I get money I can cashout and it asks for a phone number for 2fa. Ok sure. I put in my number? Whoops! Accidentally mistook a digit! No biggie! It says contact support! Great I submit my claim, one week later NOTHING. FINALLY get an answer. Asks for personal info “we’ll get back to you” it has now been a month. I have had over a grand stuck with you guys and no response. I WANT MY MONEY

I really liked traversing the platform on Wednesday when I first downloaded this app, I even listed a couple of shoes. Though on Thursday of this week till now I have not been able to open the app at all no matter how I open it. I've tried deleting and redownloading it and nothing works. The only reason I'm writing a review is because one of my shoes sold on the app last night and I've had no response from the support team with opening it back up successfully so I can confirm the sale.
