I mean it's just a regular update. Adds a bunch of annoying and useless apps, and prevents you from using old ones. I'd say stick with Mojave for now.
I really love this version except 2 of my apps no longer worked but im not mad because i just needed to reinstall adobe AIR
This update crashed my 2012 macbook. It had been working just fine, but this update broke all of my apps, and made my computer super slow. It's designed for the newer computers, so I needed to upgrade my hardware (a $300 expense) to make it iOS cataline-capable. I needed to download the new iOS in order to fix problems on my current iPhone, so Apple really screwed me over on this one. Apple needs to reimburse people if their updates crash otherwise funcitoning macbooks.
Love the desktop photo and how it brought so many great new features to Mac. Can't wait for Big Sur though!
Half the applications on my computer no long function.
i use this for games and work and i wanted to play a game that i apid $15 for and didnt work so i downloaded this. First everything is slow and my fan is going crazy. then I cant play my other fav games. and I would like to know how to uninstal this.
Probably one of the top Operating Systems for Mac released in 2020.
I own a 2012 15" Retina MacBook Pro, and Catalina runs smooth on this machine. apps open fast and no battery issues!
I tried downloading IOS Catalina but I had to much files and cant download it. So I made a new account and downloaded this and it was super faster considering the fact it took so long to download. Thanks Apple!
Apple created a memory leak that will crash your computer after about 1 day of VM use. One of the worst releases I have ever seen out of Apple.
