Really helpful in helping me get in shape

Love it! Have been trying to do a balance of cardio and strength training workouts to get back in shape and this app has a great mix. Well worth the subscription. An entire year for less than one session with my personal trainer!

Limited options for a premium price

1
Was disappointed by the number of offerings provided through the app. It’s basically just shorter workouts that have been released on Prevention workout dvds. Not worth the $14.99 monthly subscription fee. Maybe $4.99, but not worth more than that. So many better streaming options out there.

Not a free app

1
What good is a free app when you can’t access anything unless you buy a subscription. Don’t bother downloading unless you want to pay for an annual membership.

Good but more instructions would be great

3
The exercise routines are well put together and easy to understand. My question is there’s no guidance on how often to do each routine. For example I am currently doing the MA40, which is made up of nine videos and is supposed to be an eight week program. How often do I do each of the nine videos? Is it one video three times a week and then on to the next or do I mix them up? UPDATE: increased to 4 stars. The developer replied and sent me a PDF of the training guide for MA40. Great customer service. Update 2: Back down to three stars. Video number 6 and video number 8 in the MA40 program are the same. Video number eight is supposed to be ","the move session but instead it is video number 6 "the muscle maker.". There is no "the move session" video.

Trainer in my pocket

5
Downloaded the app. And was immediately up and running. Did the MA40 and was definitely challenged (I’m not in shape and travel a lot and wanted to have a trainer I could take with me).
