Update stole my points
The recent update on this app cost me all my points! Also, the app wouldn’t take y receipt from a recent purchase. This app is not good.
Fix it!
The earn portion of the app doesn’t work. I tried clicking earn point on a past order in the home section and I just get an error message every time. This isn’t the first time this has happened with this app!
Fix your backend
The backend services that this mobile app uses are very very buggy and don’t work most of the time. I’ve not gotten credit for hundreds of points because either the cashier can’t scan due to the “system being down”, or the app failing when I enter a past receipt (the error is usually “http failure….401 undefined”. C’mon Freddy’s - spend a little money and get quality domestic programmers.

Not beneficial
No option to pick up your food through drive-thru or have someone bring it out. I use apps to speed up the process & also for convenience. It’s not convenient to park my car, go inside & search for my food, then fill my drinks myself. It’s actually pretty similar to just going inside & ordering over the counter.
Points lost
I had 830 points and now they are gone
Options not available
If you’re going to have the option to customize a burger you should really have all options available. I find it ABSURD that I cannot add lettuce and tomato to a double or bacon double burger. And why can I not ask for grilled onions on a triple? Are you kidding me?? Why have an app if it forces people to order from the drive through or call the restaurant to get what they want?

I want to eat the food hot in the restaurant not sitting cold on the counter as a carry out

Why have the convenience of ordering on an app just to have the INCONVENIENCE of having to walk inside the store to pick up the order. It would make more sense and be much quicker to go through the drive-thru.
