I luv this app! Took a little getting used to but it is great now! My favorite feature is the updating while on reserve. It actually takes some of the stress off. (Reserve is already stressful enough) I also enjoy the widget! Keep up the good work!!!!!
I had originally given it a five star but I had to change it now to three because it no longer shows you the flight tracker on each leg.Also my airline has prevented the app from showing the gates number. The uapp said to update it because this is issue has been fixed, but there is no new update.
Just read a bunch of other reviews especially the bad ones. In the last two years this app has been the best out of the two I used. Features are great! Functionality and amount of information available is second to none. The ability to communicate with your crew is an excellent feature and very easy to use. Thanks for the great product.
Awesome App. It would be great to get notifications of trips popping in OT while on reserve to have a little more SA on what may be coming down the pipe for us reserves.
Not a bad app. Releases are hit or miss. Couldn’t get my DH boarding pass after multiple attempts. Schedule change notifications are nice. Tried it again after a year or so. Hotels on my trip were not in the database. Had to use crew buddy to find hotel information. I don’t think I’ll stick with the CrewZApp.
I like the app and may have given it a five star rating if it had the ability to reach a crew member directly without having them as one of your friends on the app. App doesn’t save info when transferring phones either.
I love the view! The only thing I would love to see as a capability is to view the monthly totals as well, including TAFB (per diem). There seems to be nowhere on any app that this can be totaled without doing it manually.
This app WAS helpful and ran very smoothly. Good updates for schedules. NOW...it is the equivalent of an electronic paper weight. PROBLEM after PROBLEM ZERO support. NO ONE to call for help. I have been without the mobile version for my phone now a month. I have sent them 2 emails asking for support help. I have received NOTHING. Crickets. Why pay for an app if they won’t help. They get their money when you purchase yet when their product goes bad, NOTHING. Very frustrating. Look to the other scheduling apps!
When you need tech support because their app isn’t working properly they do not respond with acknowledgment of email sent. Still waiting for reserve lineup to be fixed. CrewBuddy is on top of all their issues.
App has been crashed for three days without an update.
