This is my third day but I am finding It to be an easy plan to follow and feel much better. I am looking forward to the journey of eating well and getting my exercise!
The only thing that the app need is maybe to have the possibility to register the times when you have your meals and snacks, just for the record. On the other hand, have very interesting facts and information about fasting, is encouraging and avoid the most important thing that make dieting to fail, is that you don’t need to eat a very specific food and don’t count calories. You learn what we were doing wrong all this time, what you should not eat in excess or avoid those foods. Let see the results and the end. So far so good
It’s awesome because I’m learning why IF is important and it also feels like a game. With flames 🔥 to keep me encouraged and earning stars ⭐️, I feel like it’s a game where I’m competing with myself.
I’ve really enjoyed this app as an introduction to intermittent fasting. They have quick “lessons”, resources, and a place to track your water intake. The only reason I knocked off a star is because it only will link with AppleHealth to track your activity, not FitBit or any other fitness apps.
Great App, helps to lose weight and keep yourself accountable.

Hi there! I am 50 and going through menopause Lost 4.4 lbs in 13 weeks... Thank you Fastic for your lessons and motivational reminders to keep hydrated, active, necessary sleep getting my life in order. I tried different fasting hours till found one working for me best. 1st. 18:6 before fastic 2nd 16:8 3rd. 72 hours got the keto Flu 4th. 18:6 Currently on 18:6 next trying OMAD= One Meal A Day Hasn’t been easy but not impossible if you want to stay on track with your overall well-being We need to prioritize ourselves being healthier and stronger in mind body and soul, inner and externally. Please Realize YES we need ME TIME!
