I’m generally pretty undisciplined when it comes to eating, but this app keeps me honest.
I’ve successfully completed one week of using this app and honestly it’s made it so much easier to stay on task and focused on my goal. I haven’t explored the full app and paid for the extras yet. But I think I’m getting ready to pay for the extras since it’s already an easy and fun app to use!!

I enjoyed using this app and appreciated the times and reminders. Then I skipped putting I information and lost everything. The app made me start al over and all the awards I built up were lost. It then expected me to fill in all the info I put in months ago. When I went to support all it did was tell me about the app and the community. It did not provide any information on how to get my lost progress back.
I live this app it really motivates me to stay on task. And I love how it tells you at which point your body is in ketosis
So, I have tried many many apps that track this information and I find this one works for me better than the others- -The fasting tracking tells you what is happening in your body at that point in the fast- it’s really encouraging. -The articles are well done and quite informative Some areas of frustration (really a wish list) - can you choose how often you wish to weigh? The reminder pops up as a todo item, but so only want to do this 1X per month, not weekly - there is no way to communicate in the app with your buddies, or give them encouragement— and using FB as a tool is not an option for everyone, or desired for privacy reasons - I know the app does not encourage alternate day fasting or anything longer than 23:1. But people want this capability for self challenges.
I eat meat IE protein chicken, pork, meat. Also very low carb. There is nothing on here that supports that. How do I get my 12 bucks back!
This app’s Fasting Timer, Water Tracker, and easy-to-underatand infographics have been really helpful in keeping me motivated and on track for a 16:8 fasting period. Though I paid for 3 months subscription - I don’t see much value in the premium features, as I wish there was a daily journaling feature, and a feature to track workouts/physical activity, and tracking meditation. The other features/information are all things you can find with a simple internet search. I’ll probably cancel the premium subscription before I’m charged again. Overall though - I do love the Timer and Fasting graphics that show what stage of the Fast you’re in. That alone is a worthy motivator - the rest is fluff.
