I downloaded this spontaneously from an ad that popped up on Instagram! I usually don’t leave reviews but this app is EXACTLY what I wanted. Someone to show you how, and so many different categories to choose from! I love that it also times your workout. Love love love can’t recommend this app enough. Awesome job.
Tried three times to cancel, sent an email to the support. There’s no way to cancel in the app, and my subscription which I didn’t want/couldn’t fit into the budget, isn’t showing up in my AppleID, and they sent me the same email about how to go into iTunes and cancel, I went to iTunes, I went into my Settings/AppleID, nothing. It doesn’t show up. I just wanted the free trial and I DID TRY to cancel before the trial was up, I just want a refund.
I have tried to cancel by subscriptions and I can’t. I’ve tried to get a refund, only because I didn’t mean to purchase the app, and I can’t. The app doesn’t show up in your list of subscriptions so you can do so .
This exercise app is exactly what I need to stay on track. Visual examples, timed, and progress tracked... im so satisfied.
I am enjoying the workouts. However I need to be able to adjust the workout as to not hurt my back. I had back surgery 7 months ago and I’m still recovering. So I would like to be able to have some workout that won’t put to much of a strain on it. Thank you.
When it says free... it isn’t free! You have to pay for subscription to be able to work out! Highly would NOT recommend!

I tried cancelling my free trial three days before it ended because I didn’t like the app and it won’t let me cancel!! They always send the same email talking about Apple support and canceling in settings or the App Store but each time I tell them it doesn’t show up they don’t reply and send the same automated message over and over again!! It said if there is no cancel trial option then it’s already cancelled but there’s not even a HitFit SUBSCRIPTION showing up so that means this is through the app!! I don’t even wanna hear some excuse because even my Apple support guide told me the subscription wasn’t through iTunes but through the app and there’s no charge on my iTunes. They charged me yesterday when it wouldn’t even let me CANCEL. I WANT A REFUND.
