Too many bugs
Overpriced business model
Useless without a yearly subscription. They changed the way credits work (e.g. no more free credits) and the app & device are pretty much useless without buying credits each year. Note that any unused credits expire yearly as well! Going back to VCDS.

Ive had some issues with. “This action cannot be performed”. Ive tried resetting and recalibrating my dsg transmission and ive spend money for credits and alland it still doesn't work. This app is supposeto be part of a popular 150$ device??? Cmon guys. Angry birds had more working options than this

Paid twice 100 credits to activate Video in Motion (I own a Q6 2021) Didn’t work after activated. Wasted my 200 credits and money.
Update
For some reason android users have a better experience using this app with more functions. By when iOS user will have the same functionality as android.
Slow
It takes a while to scan any of our multiple mk-4&5. The alternative barista is at least twice as fast but when I bought that everything was free then went ala cart so I thought I would try the 11. I know people people need to make money but give me something for buying your device to work with your software. Disappointed. Costs too much for consumer.
Buggy
The system is buggy and not that user friendly. Seems like whenever I want to perform a function it doesn’t work and I have to contact support which takes 1 day to reply. For example I was performing a brake pad replacement and needed to retract the electric parking brake. This function in the app simply didn’t work and I had the vehicle already apart. I ended up going with a complete different method. In this case OBD eleven simply wasted my time.
Best tool to have
OBDeleven is by far the best scan tool for audi vw and much more . It’s worth the money and does a good job . Highly recommend
Obsolete
Pulled out my old dongle to check a code only to find it’s no longer compatible with the updated app. Whereas you could allow compatibility with a disclaimer about performance discrepancies, instead this company has engineered obsolescence into a lot of people’s products and expects them to buy all over again? Big middle finger from the company to the customer. Then copy and pasting a sorry excuse for a response about ensuring quality and ‘thank you for understanding’ on every negative review of customers complaining. We understand…understand that you’re trying to screw us lol. In the trash it goes along with your reviews and ratings
