Who would it thought keeping a meal planner was this easy! Sure, there are other recipes providers out there but what makes this one unique is the fact that it is so easy to navigate and goes right to the point without any distractions. This app get you started with an uncomplicated quiz about your healthy food preferences and it even asks what type of items you would rather not. This type of sorting and organizing was taking me precious time before while trying to stick to the keto diet, and in the end, I have given up. Nobody has time for that these days and there is also no need for any long term commitment anyway. I think that it really doesn’t matter if you are a newbie like me or a veteran in healthy eating, here, you should be able to find your peace of mind as well because it also offers the nutritional values per serving, you can save the ingredients in a shopping list, and it even encourages you without being annoying. All in the palm of your hand too. No brainer.

This app has been great for helping me outline a weekly keto diet! It's been very tough to stick to one regularly because I've never wanted to do the leg work to plan out my whole week's meals, but this app really solves that issue by helping me plan out my meals. It also has options for low carb, gluten free, and other healthy diets. The meal plan inspiration has been great and it's helped me live a healthier lifestyle more!
Really like this app but it’s missing some key features! If we were able to create a meal plan or a way to save the recipes it would be perfect. Looking for recipes is not that hard but remembering why you bought maca powder three days after the grocery trip is. Will try to check again after some updates!
I love the app because it can help you look at great recipes with a variety of different diets such as vegan, keto, low carb, and gluten free. As a vegetarian myself I find that this free app is amazing at having a planner for your food and a cookbook with good recipes!
I was not sure what to expect from this. My friend told me I should get it. I have been on Keto diet and this app gives me recipes for it! But when I change things up I like to do low carb and just more healthy options, it looks like it will help with them also! I am excited to use it more!!
This app has been phenomenal for easy recipes that are healthy and fit into my dietary needs!
