I’m not sure how to reach customer service for your company. We thought this was $99 a year not per month!!!!!

Worth it!

First, I was worried about $899/year but I just bought it and try to see if it's worth it or not. I gonna tell you guys. I make that money back just in one single trade on one signal they gave. I feel bad for those whose didn't reach to their sell position. All the signals that I chose to buy in, it reach over the sell price for me. So far I mademoney on 3 signals. Thank you for making a good app

No free trial! Too expensive to try!

2
The app does not provide a free trial at all! Offered me a free trial for 3 days and I was about to take it when I realized on the iTunes subscription it said, “Free trial starting Feb 14, 2020” so it’s basically a 1 day trial! So why don’t just say 1 day trial! They can’t because if I don’t cancel the trial at least 24 hours before they will charge me! So they can’t offer a day trial. Who remembers to cancel the stock alert app subscription on a non trading day? Tricky! Greed, strategy?

Fraud or bug not sure

1
I liked the app when I used it for 1 month last time. Now I was trying to use it again, the app sends notifications for promotion of 1 month @$49 however when I try to subscribe it gives me option of $149. I think this is very misleading and people end up paying 3 times more than what they think. @apple please review this application and check with developer if they have bug in app or they are acting in fraudulent activity. I have screenshot of 2 different page if you need proof. I don’t think I can attach screenshot here otherwise I would attach those screenshot here.

Trying to cancel trial... harder than doing taxes

3
I signed up for the free month trial, however, after 2 days of trading, it’s apparent that I’m not pushing the volume to justify the cost of the app. I don’t want to be someone who uses the trial with no intention of purchasing the full program. The customer service could definitely be more accessible, as the only way to contact them is through messenger and the app help icon in the App Store sends you to a “this app doesn’t have a help page.” I’m awaiting a reply from the company to discontinue the trial, and while when you click on “free trial” notification, is says to cancel within 2 days before the subscription ends.... there’s not an easy way to do this inside of the app. You are prompted to enter your email, but if your in trial version, then it just doesn’t happen easily. Please help developer!!!

Joke trash app

1
The Stock Alerter app will throw you several free alerts all you have to do is check those alerts immediately. You will see the time to buy the stock was 2-3 hours ago, the time to sell the stock was 5 minutes before you got the alerts. The first month is $99 (half off) or $75 dollars a month for a whole year (normally it’s $199 a month😂😂😂), just to sell you “tips” that would be great if you had a time machine. This is a garbage app that if you just do diligence and research on your own you will make money.

Fake and Fradulant results

1
Haven’t even paid for the subscription but got a ton of free alerts and lost a significant amount very quickly; the fact of the matter is they send out a ton of signals but only give results when their signals hit and not when they tank; recent examples from my losses are; AMBA, OLED and BIDU. There’s no algorithm that’s perfect otherwise everyone would be a millionaire but what’s scary is how they take the few leads where they’re lucky to give you an overall result and completely count out their losses. “If you would have invested x with us this week you would have made x” without considering the losses...
