Good apo mostly, I wish you could actually search for workouts. I think the connection for the Apple Watch needs a lot of work, always disconnects and shows old workouts. Wish the app had the ability to cast because it kills my battery.
Love the app especially the price during this time of stay at home. I would like to be able to mirror to television, iPhone screen too small and I would like to be able to use in my living or bedroom. I like the smaller timed individual sessions and being able to work on certain problem areas. Hopefully you guys will work on the mirroring before we have to get back to work. Thanks
Today was my first day using this app and this is the best one I’ve used so far! The work outs are awesome and makes you feel like your with the trainer! They talk to you and show you how it’s all done! Definitely recommending this!
I love the daily food recipes but was bummed to see that Keto was my only option. Also was super excited about the workout plans but then realized they are led by a computer voice.
I think the warm ups and cool downs could be said slower than your AI is speaking it. There is no have time to know what to do and they don’t preview the next exercise.
I could never commit to working out to videos online and would quickly grow bored, but this app has kept me engaged for two weeks now and I’m seeing results! I love the single workouts and the ability to see all the workouts I’ve done. I don’t have to commit to an hour-long work out, but can accomplish many exercises throughout the day during breaks between working at home. I love the ala carte features, the visual clarity with different views, the timer, rest time while showing the next exercise, and the program progress line on top...all thoughtfully designed and organized for today’s multi-tasking mind! My only suggestion is to add more single workouts under 12 minutes that focus on more body parts. I would love to see a Women’s chest and back sculptor, Thigh and cellulite buster and...Flabby Arm Sculptor for Women!

The app is cool, the only thing I wish is that I would’ve tried the trail first. Yes, idiot move. But I’m desperate to lose weight sooo, yea. But I also wish that if would send me notifications telling me it’s time to work out, or put together an ACTUAL plan or routine for me. More notifications for workout and eating schedules, oh And some motivational notifications would also be great. Something to track my progress would be nice too. Decent app though
