I really like working out with this app, especially since I’m not able to get to my gym these days. There are a lot of plans to choose from and you can preview most of them to help decide what’s right for you. I also like that the workouts are minimal equipment. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for good home workouts to do. The developers are also very accessible and open to feedback. A few things that could be better: -It’s too easy to accidentally “Finish” your workout. Would love to see a “Are you sure?” option I’ve accidentally finished twice mid- workout. -I don’t know how much I’ll use this once I’m able to go to the gym again. If they can develop some gym-friendly workouts that would allow me to utilize the equipment there, I’ll likely keep using it for the gym, as well. -I’d like to be able to remove programs from my queue. Just sampling programs will put it in your “Favorites” and compete for space with the programs you’re actually using. I’d like to be able to test a workout from a program without automatically committing to it.
I was 45 min in a 50 minute workout when it froze and knocked me out the app. My workout wasn’t saved. 😒
I really like this app and want to change my rating but I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone to answer my questions. I want to know why it has my workouts broken up into 2 sessions a day instead of one longer session. I have two 15 minute sessions a day instead of one 30 minute one. Why? Update: Someone was able to get a hold of me and explain how it works. I’m happy! I’ve used a ton of other workouts apps and this one is, by far, my favorite!
This is my first time to exercise since years. Thank God, and thank you for allowing me to have a such an amazing workout experience. Starting simple is all it need to reach your goals. That is why I think I will be consistent with this routine as long as possible. I will repeated daily 6:30 AM :) Wow, it was astonishing trail, love that🥰❤️👍🏾
Use it for about a year and only have positive comments about the app. Love short sessions when you can quickly train abs, legs or other problem area. Also like that they add new content constantly: workouts with bands, dancing classes, etc. Highly recommend to everyone who is busy and don't want to risk going to the gym nowadays.
I saw an ad with somebody walking and a graph next to her, as she walked her weight came off and the graph image next to her changed the steps needed due to a weight and a height. .. it looked intriguing. I purchased the app as a premium member and could never locate the graph that was advertised. I also could never get the app to show my steps while I was walking , it only works during the warm-up. Don’t get this app ! I tried to contact them three times and all I got was an automated email response asking how was our response? This whole experience was very frustrating and my money is gone. I want my money back.
It was going great until I paid for it. It looked like it was going to suggest a customized plan for each day etc. The content released after I paid was purely videos of basic exercises or entries of what intermittent fasting is. I am glad for not signing up for more than 1 month.
I had high hopes from the quiz that it gives you. I thought it was going to be a personalized workout plans and meal plan for me. Unfortunately it’s not and I realized that after I paid the $15. Nothing special about this app. I definitely just wasted $$.
No personal help!🙁
I started a diet and exercise plan for me so I can be healthier. I put it on beginners and yet, it gave me exercises that were too advanced and some of them had nothing to do with my target areas. For examples, I did the Ab workout challenges and they put mountain climbers, what does it have to do with abs!? To top it all off, I developed terrible knee pains at this process. What a waste.
