This app is literally so good. I’m 16 y/o and super overweight and I never know what type of meals to eat and this gives me healthy meals with the recipes, motivation and great tips. I totally recommend this app.
The workouts are excellent, a lot of variety and gives you calories burned. The nutrition plan is not practical, some recipes take a while to make, no grocery list, no editing recipes, no meal tracking. So, if you you are looking for fitness, this app is great. If you are looking to replace another nutrition tracker, this will not be it.

The app is helpful. Offers a variety of workouts and running routines and food options , the only thing the app is missing is some more yoga programs. Bit of a bummer since I mainly go it for the yoga and the meals . But still highly recommend to someone who needs help getting started working out as well as an expert at working out.
I was looking for one single program. It gave me four and I don’t know if I’m supposed to do all four or choose one. It’s confusing and makes nonsense and I feel like I’ve wasted $30. Just take my weight and body type and tell me exactly what I need to do each day to hit my goal. All these options is exactly what’s wrong with this industry. In need one step by step day by day workout plan. It 4 of them. Then it said is hit my goal in 6 weeks and the plans they gave me were for 8 weeks. I’m confused and will never open this app again.

I do like this app and have high hopes but why can't a premium member look at their meal plans a week at a time??? There is no way i can meal plan or have the ingredients on hand when it will only show the meal plan the day of. I also really wish that they would let premium members look back on their history. That i could see day today... it's becoming very frustrating. And there isnt much organization to my favorites... please make this more user friendly!
This app is amazing it gives you food ideas and has lots of workouts that you can do on your own pace
