I can’t get passed the paywall screen. I don’t want a free trial and it won’t go away.
Yeah I saw an ad for it and download only to find out the only way to use was with a $60 a year fee. Very disappointed, wish there was a way to make it not cost money and just have a lot of ads and to do ad free, it costs $60.
The app is a great concept and can be very helpful, however the sleep data is wildly inaccurate and I have to manually adjust my sleep times every single day, and even after I adjust it, it will revert back to its original times after a few hours. Please fix this issue as I really want to love this app!
It’s a great app and is really knowledgeable when it comes to where yo I downloaded it for but my biggest issue wiz that you have to pay for it it so unnecessary and really limits you to who downloads it.
Not just the most impactful app... This is the one thing that's had the biggest impact on how I feel in 2021. I'm a night owl, who has struggled my whole life to balance when I needed to go to bed and when I felt tired/actually wanted to sleep. I also had no idea I really needed 8.5 hours of sleep, so I was in a constant state of accruing sleep debt aiming for only 8 hours. Now that I follow my circadian rhythm and know when to prioritize sleep, I feel like a new person. (I've shared it with friends who have had the same response too.)
The whole subscription business model is old and annoying at this point. I’d happily pay $20-$30 for something like this, but not $60 a year for what is essentially an app that just tells you to start winding down at a certain time. I only used it for a day and it didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know.
Is seems like a good app but why is it free if you have to pay to use it?
Plan the tough stuff for the energy peaks and the monotonous stuff for the dip. Be actively aware of how tired you really are over not only a night, but two weeks. Really really interesting and helpful.
I can’t believe how accurate the app is. Once you understand the energy flow things start to click. From there it’s very easy to adjust your sleep patterns so you get the most out of it.
