Never Fixed
Every update creates a new issue. They rearrange how earnings are shown, it’s never clear what is income, vs half pay, vs adjustments. They lump it all into one. Now they’re adding the previous weeks pay adjustment into the new weeks pay. Just make the adjustment show under the original week it applied to. LIKE IT WAS BEFORE YOU SCREWED IT UP AGAIN. Can’t call people without it glitching. Can’t see new orders if I’m using gps directions in the app. Wish I got paid as much as the app developers get paid to be as bad at their job as they are. Maybe cut their salary and raise the hourly of drivers since they’re the ones keeping this terrible scam company alive.

Don’t waste your time
They give the least money out of all the delivery services I’ve done. When you decline one of their bad deliveries they lower your acceptance rate to make you feel guilty and give you fewer/worse deliveries. Customer service is awful. Takes a hour to fix any problem you have. Only do this if you are absolutely desperate, even then you might waste more money on gas than you make because 90% of the deliveries they send are for around 5 dollars and it’s only busy from 6pm-9pm. There are some days you can make over 100 dollars but for the most part you don’t make good money with this (less than 50 for a whole day). Go do Uber eats you make almost twice as much
Technology
I don’t know if it’s my phone or interference around certain hot spots. I spent 1.5 hours trying to understand and correct. I did better once I moved away from that area.
Disappointing
Disappointed I can’t do a doordash delivery that pays only $4 in 14 minutes it’s too low and a waste of gasoline . In addition it doesn’t show how much we are supposed to get when the order come. Just want us to accept without knowing the price . Disappointing
Bad service
A lot of restaurants here in San Marcos don’t acknowledge when you come in to the store and a lot of places here have slow service

Absolutely disgusting.
App doesn’t work properly and doordash has refused to help, I’ve been locked out of my account for 2+ weeks and they say that I’m fine and active, I’m still locked and can’t make money so I use Uber no problem.
Door Dash
After my first day, I had a great experience I would recommend it to anybody that wants to work for themselves.
Earn more
Dashers should earn minimum $5 per order. On all orders !!
