Logging on
My username and password are correct. However, it will not let me log in. The people icon just keeps spinning. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. When I open the app it’s still just spinning.
Can’t log in
All it does is spin. As soon as I download and open the app my name and password are already in there. When I got login in it just keeps loading. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and samething keeps happening
Never let me log in
It has never let me log in, I put in my info and then the loading page with dancing people just remains forever. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled so many times. And when I try to open it again, it still has my log in info and is loading.
This app is Awful
I can’t believe how awful this app is. For being a major lifestyle site that people pay $100 a year for a subscription, they need to pay for a team of app developers to completely redo this app from scratch. Absolutely nothing works at all. It’s so buggy and glitchy I can’t even use the menus at all because they are cut off from the screen. For people that have a new iPhone 14 pro, the screen resolution is way off and the menus are cut off a the top of the screen making them unusable. I have to click on something at least 10-15 times before it actually loads. This app is a waste of time. Don’t download it.
App doesn’t work
I try logging in and it just stays loading in the login screen and never goes through. Tried it on wife’s phone as well and nothing. Disappointing , we would really love to use the app
Application issues!
I can’t even get past the login screen. Just stuck on loading screen. I was really looking forward to the app.
No access
We have used this app off and on for a while. But for the last 3-5 months I’m glad we haven’t been paying members cause we haven’t been able to access the app. And we created a support ticket and do t think it has even been read. The app and site have gone to crap.
Doesn’t work half the time
App is constantly timing out, it doesn’t notify you if you receive a message and constantly takes long wait periods to display information if any at all. Disappointed as the previous version actually worked better than the newer version. Hope that it gets better one day but for right now it’s the virtual version of blue balls.
Please fix
For well over a year now I can’t even log on to the app! I’ve tried what they said to do and it doesn’t work. It needs to be rebuilt from the ground up! By the way this isn’t strange. This is your app. I’ve reinstalled and sent multiple tickets. So please stop telling me that. Whatever the solution is it’s not that.
