This app is the worst in tracking your trips. Have if them are missed and the other halve do not start nor end where they we’re supposed to! What a waste of money!!!!!
Still given it a chance. Until i run out of the 40 free trips. Then will see if it is free to continue

I tried all the mileage tracking apps. This one, in my opinion, is best for Rideshare. Fast and accurate - reports via email are nicely formatted with pdf and another file that can be imported into excel. Thanks
They want $5.50 a month if you drive more than 40 trips . I’d rather pay for Netflix

You did not say anything about an in app purchase. All of a sudden I went from unlimited calculations to only 40. Not sure why the deception but don’t do business with people like this. I don’t understand what changed. NO communication at all. WOW what company. I will delete the app. It did not work properly half the time anyway. No regular updates to keep the app stable. I didn’t think you know how to maintain the app. When I have notified you in the past about the app, your response is sarcastic and demeaning. Nile1941
I like this app. Love the 40 free drives - almost want to upgrade for some of the perks, however in the free version it will “detect” a new drive multiple times in one trip. If I stop at a stop sign and start again - a “New trip” is detected. So my free 40 drives are used before mid month (it’s only the 10th and my free drives are used up).

A recent update takes away the “free” part of this app. You now have 40 drives per month and after that you need to pay $4.99/month to use the app with unlimited drives/logging or pay a discounted annual fee. The best part about this is that the update didn’t mention it would change this app to a freemium model. If you look at the version history, it’s not mentioned ANYWHERE. The devs aren’t even honest enough to tell us they are changing it until you open the app and see the prompts regarding the new 40 drive limit. I’ve been using this all year and now I either pay monthly or have an incomplete mileage log for the rest of the year. Edit 2: The original developer response has been replaced with a new and much kinder response. While I appreciate the words, the initial move to a premium model was done in the middle of the month without notice in an update to cause panic so everyone upgraded. It’s dishonest. Along with the now deleted original response that was very rude, I have switched to MileIQ now and am not going to switch again. Good luck to SherpaShare and getting rid of the guy who was rudely responding to all negative reviews. But you’ve lost my business. Too little, too late. Edit: Developer is responding rudely to people leaving a negative review. What upsets me is that the new pay model was added without mentioning it anywhere. The update mentioned bug fixes and we got switched to a freemium model without any warning at all. It’s dishonest and that’s what upsets people like me. Seeing the dev respond to our reviews as rudely as he/she is further cements my decision to switch to another app in which honesty and respect are at the forefront of the service. Avoid this dev (SherpaShare) at all costs! Try out MileIQ. They’re honest and worth the money!
