We're all familiar with the 40 days of penance leading up to Easter Sunday; popularized by Saint Francis of Assisi in the Middle Ages, Saint Michael's Lent is a summertime Lent where we prepare our hearts for the Feast of Saint Michael, or Michaelmas Day, on September 29th. By embracing a lifestyle of prayer, acts of self-denial, and fraternity, it's our prayer that, through the 40-days of St. Michael's Lent from Exodus, together we might experience the uncommon freedom of Jesus Christ, enter the spiritual battle for our souls, and become who we were made to be. May God continue to lead the men and women that are part of this app. What a great way for us men to allow our God to teach us to follow his will thru scripture, workout, nutrition and knowing our roll as leaders of our families using this app and following the plans and daily gospel reflections. Day 45 and more alive
Cutting out the distractions in my life and focusing that time on my family and the lord have been amazing. I have more energy and feel a sense of calm and peace in work and home situations that used to get me angry. I’m getting projects done around the house and improving my own health. I’m Down 20 lbs and feeling great. Eating good foods, fasting and no sugary drinks and snacks has been a huge blessing. Sadly I couldn’t find a fraternity to join or convince others to join my journey, but I’ve been checking in on a few friends who support me and that in itself has me feeling more connected. My wife may even join me for the last 40 days as she’s been watching the news too much and getting stressing about things. She’s seen how it’s transformed me and is overjoyed. I probably sound like I’m exaggerating — and I’m a little surprised myself, but life seems easier and more full, Vs hours on Facebook or Netflix always feeling tired and empty. I feel like I am treating people better and helping spread joy all while spending my valuable time on earth in a more useful way. “Be not afraid” & “Here I am lord”. Two of my favorite hymns and great words to live by. Peace and love. Matt
Sanctity Guidance
Exodus 90 provides a way to make you a saint through prayer, penance, and fraternity. I am using it for St. Michael’s Lent and it has brought some change to my life. It can help you reduce your attachment to electronics and help you realize if you’re failing in any area of your spiritual life. Overall, it’s a great app to follow Christ and be a more free person.

This has the potential to make men out of boys so that wives and bishops don’t have to. If you engage this and do it with your heart focused on Jesus (instead of yourself) He will change your life.
