Can definitely use more work out option a mixture
This app is very helpful and does good exercises To get you the body you want
ZERO STARS. you have to pay to use the guides to work out like really. Just go to the gym and get a trainer cause your gonna end up paying $100+ for the guides. Also, you can just get a gym membership and it’ll be less. This app is ridiculous. ZERO STARS
I can’t denier was having some reservations after trying other applications to log my workout routine. I can honestly state after using app for four weeks that AIFitness has over exceeded my expectations in some many areas. Easy to use app, very intuitive lay out, love how algorithm keep you progressing and adjusting base on performance. I have never been so satisfy and excited about workout progress and visible results. Also I need to recognize professionalism and dedication of AIFitness customer service. I have a couple of issues that were address immediately and satisfying solutions were provided. Great job! Love how the algorithm take the guess out of how to keep progressing in your workout
It takes the planning out of my hands and frees me up to focus on the workout.
It offered a 7 day free trial, and charged me $98 for a year subscription the same day!!
Today I completed my 80th workout sense starting in Late October 2019 so I’ve experienced a good bit with the app. The good: -A&B routines with a shoulder day so you can literally do this everyday -I’m shocked by my gains in strength. The program only increases reps/or weight on 100% completion of your workout. Last weeks failure is this weeks goal. -you can add in your own workouts manually -keeps you honest with rest periods and performance reports -daily steak features -cardio and core workout options to stack on the same day -informative fitness articles -models that demonstrate the workout which is great even for experienced lifters The bad: -there is no AI(artificial intelligence) or machine learning in any sense of the term. This is false advertising. It’s is a simple algorithm. 100% completion = reps increased until limit then weight increases by one increment. 1 failure = rep and weight stays the same. 2 failures= decrease by one weight increment. This is as smart as an excel formula. - workouts don’t communicate with each other. As in, you can do 8X4 200lbs bench press but that won’t effect any other chest work out. Advice to potential users: This is great for beginners or experienced athletes. I started at about 60% of my max to work on form and after 80 workout I still haven’t plateaued. Highly recommend using this! Advice to creators: Make your program a bit more flexible and make certain inputs effect the starting weight of other workouts. Put AI in your vision statement instead of the name of your app. If your program literally learned and changed the algorithm itself based on user inputs you might have a claim to AI, but right now it’s marketing bull shit.
So far I’ve liked the workouts. I hope they get more complexed as I move on. Also I’m not sure if there is a way to, but I’d like to be able to adjust the weight used for every set not just the whole movement that I’m partaking in. The timer for the rest periods should be a notification that way I’m not having to go from one app to the fit AI app constantly.
truth be told, i haven’t been using the app that long yet, but i’m really impressed and feeling like it’s making a difference in my workouts. i am essentially a novice so the instruction along with the animation help me get the movements correct. i like that it tailors things based on my capabilities. with the right subscription price, this app is really a winner. i plan to follow up later after ive used it for a while and update this review.
