I’m enjoying the nudges the app provides, as well as the variety of exercises clearly explained. It’s customizable to the muscle groups where I want to focus, based on the equipment I have. I hate deadlifts, and it gives me the option to exclude those completely, which I appreciate. I wish I could manually add other kinds of cardio, beyond the running and rope-jumping included, and it would be better if it carried those burned calories over to Apple Health. Overall FitnessAI is a well-built app that provides good info up front, prompt answers from real people, and automated touches that are thoughtful and motivating. It’s very easy to use and worth spending the money.
This has given me a daily routine that challenges me. It increases in difficulty as i go which is nice. I’m impressed thus far. It’s only been about three weeks
The varied exercises to match my home gym equipment and to see the target muscle groups of those exercises. — Allows you to add exercises to workout to target the muscle group being worked. No guess work at all!!!
I like the format and ease of use. Some basic exercises need to be added to the list: Pull up Push up Plank with an adjustable timer Lunge Wall sit with adjustable timer Other isometric exercises with adjustable timer
Finally! I have been using this app for about a year now with mixed opinions. But now with the new update and more workouts added, I’m really enjoying working out and having everything planned out for me. Keep up the great work!!
Honestly, it’s a very awesome App, I have been looking for app like this that breaks the whole workout down for you and give you the necessary details of the muscle that’s being worked on. 100%
Fun, functional and adjusts to your progression. Love the product as it ha kept me motivated and on my toes with great exercise variations. Buy it. It’s worth it.
Nice app I recommend
The app mostly does what it claims based on almost a month of us. The annual charge billing model is the only one available which I think is unfair given theres a number factors that could influence a user to decide not to use the app partially into the year. Support is so-so.
What I like about the app: You don’t have to think about what exercises or weights to do - it does it for you.
