I am a certified personal trainer through NFPT, but I also need a trainer. This app has been what I’ve needed to push myself even harder each workout!! Once it's AI gets to know your strength, it is able to predict where your rep range and weight should be to push yourself just enough to make you stronger, more fit, etc. It also does a great job of selecting which workouts you should be doing and the rest times between each set of those workouts. Put simply, I love this app.
Love the workout try new ones everyday and my body is improving great app I recommend y’all give it a try results won’t fail you trust and believe!!!
So far pretty good app. Before you hit the gym using it play around with the settings to find the equipment at your gym and develop your routine. I think it would be a good enhancement to let the user add in their equipment from their gym to customize their workout routine.
Really pushes you to get stronger
How come there’s no way to delete your account if you’re dissatisfied with the app? No free version. Waste of time.

There are things about it that I do like
Good overall but could be better. I wish there was a better way to track my progress over the week, month, or year; maybe through a bar or line chart. In addition, it would be nice if it was made easier to switch my workout routine. Some days I don’t have access to a gym so I’d like to workout at home. However, this app gives me trouble when I’m just looking for calisthenic workouts. It makes me remove all other exercise types to get to calisthenics. It be great if they could make it so you can just seamlessly change from one checklist (Push, Crunches, Dips, only) to the other checklist (Barbell, Ez Bar, Dumbbell, etc, only) you had for the gym. To perform this without completely removing the ether checklist. It would also be great if you could set days and times for when you want to workout. Instead of getting a notification every day about your next exercise routine. Although, still a good app.
I am really enjoying this app. They plan the workouts for me, which is super important because I always get bogged down in making decisions. 🤪 All I have to do is show up and do the five exercises they choose. You choose what equipment you have available and you can swap out exercises if something does not work for you. Great app!
