Huge help for my workout!

I’ve been using this app for several months now, and I love this app. As someone who is new to weight lifting, this was just what I needed. It helps with my timing, provides awesome workout routines, and makes it easy to follow. I feel like I’m seeing some great results already!

Good App

I’ve really enjoyed the app. Very intuitive and easy to follow. I docked one star because of the lack of variety built into the app. You can add your own exercises but it asks you how the AI should output for the exercise. Overall, very positive experience. I’ve been using the app for a few weeks and have lost 8lbs and put on some muscle. I would just like more exercises in same category and more variety with reps.

I like the app. It fits my perfectly. I like that it gives me workout and helps by changing it up as I go. I like the option that allows me to change what I weight I actually did. I would like to be able to change how reps I actually do. The app tells me to do exercises Four times at 6 reps each and sometimes I may do it 4 times with higher reps. It would benefit me more to show those extra reps to show the progress i am doing. I love the animation that shows how to do the exercise and if you can’t get it it shows you YouTube videos where it gives you a detailed video to help do proper form
