App won’t even open. Crashes instantly. Terrible.
So I pay for Disney+ and I expect to be able to have the app on all my devices and I also share my Disney+ account so I’m just wondering why I keep getting kicked out and then told my password is incorrect when I type it in. Please fix this problem it’s very frustrating. Thanks you
i think it needs to be fixed bc every few seconds after i start a episode it takes me off and goes to my home screen also it happens every time

Freezes with spinning circle on Apple TV 4K Wi-Fi + Ethernet with 128GB storage when WiFi is running ar 180 Mbps down/50 Mbps up. Can switch to App on LG TV and have no issues with the same content.
The app, Disney, Hulu and the whole costumer service help center is a complete waste of time. They logged me out of my accounts after pulling money from my account and kept giving me alternate links switching between Hulu and Disney to try to get some help. You would think a business like Disney would just want to get paid? I would be more than willing to give them 10 bucks for their crappy steaming app, but there wasn’t any way for me to do so. I sat and waiting the phone for 30 minutes and 1 hour with chat. No help. Don’t waste your time, use someone else’s login or watch Netflix. Worst online service experience I’ve ever had. Maybe sell one of your 18 parks and get someone who can build an app/ website. Just a suggestion.
