How is it possible that Michelin guides, with such a tradition and brand value, make an app that one can’t even open!? It is an absolute shame.
Currently cannot open map or click on individual restaurant links in search results. App crashes so currently i use list and then google reviews. Please fix!
App crashes whenever you select a restaurant to read about it.
Currently crashes when I try to open the map
Can find restaurants but cannot open details: app crashes. iPhone X, iOS 12.4
Crashes every time I select restaurant. C’mon Michelin, fix it. Hurry.
It’s great to get a list of Michelin-recommended spots but none of the listings I saw (Syracuse, IT) actually described the food. Far more ink was spent on describing the buildings and tablecloths. Very odd. Disappointing.
A slow, mediocre, overpriced app with awful UX. Such a pathetic execution of a great idea aimed at a discerning audience in 2019 has no excuses. Period.
Can’t miss reviews by folks who know the difference between great meals and pedestrian ones. However, I agree with other reviewers that the sort feature on the app needs serious work. I’ve rated this 4 stars based on the content. The technology is a weak 2.
The wonder of the guide is how so many good restaurants are chosen! Yes, the guide could be better from a developer viewpoint, but booking in Europe is often the old fashioned way: a call. Rarely does the guide recommend a poor selection. Kudos to Michelin!
