it worked great but it stopped working about 8 hours ago. i can get into the app, but the “channels” tab is completely empty now. and it won’t let me use the arrows.... not sure what to do

The actual keyboard function for search barely works. Youtube app is useless with this but I can slam around with the trash Roku remote for thirty minutes to looks something up
