I have sent so many emails to get it fixed. And even after it’s fixed, it somehow ends up on my artist profile AND the wrong artist profile again. Not using this again.

There are cheaper alternatives with better customer support. Trying to get any type of assistance from this company is the biggest pain. Deleted my account and went to another service paying $9.95/year to distribute on all platforms smh.

If your thinking of using this , don’t

just use any other distributor, (amuse, distro kid , etc.) United masters is not for the people they are only worried about what can benefit them. You can’t upload features with big artists because “they are to well known”. Trust me when I say this, don’t give United masters your time or money, use any other platform please.

No support what do ever

I jus wanna upload my music , they tell me I need a pay pal to do so , I already have about 8 songs out mind you. So I link my pay pal and it still says I need to link it after I’ve tried logging out deleting it redoing my PayPal and support still hasn’t got back with me and feels like they never will , the app felt so great until this smh I hope this ain’t happening to everyone name
