Great but buggy at times

This is by far a phenomenal idea. The program was referred to me by my Bishop and I also have used the loops app prior to this. However for both they can get very buggy at times and for some reason not work at all. I do trust and believe Mr. C-Dub will make the necessary changes to makes this app even more excellent!! Awesome job sir!!

Fraudulent Payments

I downloaded this app to see what it was about it was alright after I used the free trial but I didn’t want it anymore so I cancels the subscription before my card was charged now my card is being charged and I don’t even use the app.

App died

Monthly subscription is being paid but do not have access to tech support. I subscribed a year ago & the app was FIRE! BUT NOW…I nothing is showing & prior to, could no longer access the app offline. Wished it continued to live up to the previous standards.

Won’t let me cancel

Tried to cancel the subscription 24 hours in advance and the app wouldn’t let me. So now I’m about be charged for a whole month for something I don’t want.

Does not work for MacOS Monterey

I was only able to get this program to work a handful of times and that was by unplugging the 3.5mm cable and then quickly plugging it back in. The issue is when I click the play button nothing happens 99%. The download button works and I can add sets to the favorites section. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing to no avail. Not sure what to do at this point. I just renewed my subscription but will probably cancel if support still does not have a resolution.

I was excited, downloaded the app , then nothing. Truly disappointed and lack of tech support response. NOT USER FRIENDLY. Was so ready to use for church now I can’t. Not impressed. Will not recommend.
