No updates on apartments

I’ve submitted several locations I found that are not listed, it’s been a year since and yet you guys don’t update it on the app. Please keep busy in adding more spots and update the locations as a good amount of them are incorrect. I have canceled my subscription because of this. Till y’all fix it, I won’t be paying monthly anymore.

Pays very little to do research for them, they turn around and make you pay for maps that direct you to most side gates of a complex. Para does way more for drivers while this app does the absolute bare minimum. Just another scummy company

I do deliveries, and this app takes me directly to the customers door every time. The only issue I have is non-payment for submitting apartment maps to them. They say approved, but payment never comes through and customer support is nonexistent.

First try to apartment it pinned wrong building and the in app navigation is terrible. No zooming in on route. Not worth the subscription price.
Proof of delivery fails sometimes.

I absolutely love this app. I used it a couple times when a customer lied & said “I didn’t complete my delivery”. Lately, the proof of delivery keeps giving me a “ failed to load” error when trying to view the photo. Other than that, the app is awesome.

Saved information is not apartment/unit specific, doesn’t seem to aggregate collected safety and tip data in any useful way. No way to report, correct or replace inaccurate maps. Offers jobs to collect maps, but then the app crashes when you try to do them.
app is not ready for public use

as a delivery driver i was excited to find out about an app that lays out apartment buildings cutting out the guesswork. unfortunately after the first order i realized just how useless and buggy this app is. have bo clue why anyone would pay for such a disappointing app.
